Right from the interview I was impressed by the personality of the managers, this carried on when the carers visited. They were most helpful and did do all I required of them, definitely would use them again and recoomend them to others.

My Mum needed carers to help her get up in the morning, shower , dress and settle her downstairs with breakfast and tea.
We requested female carers which was no problem for Visiting Angels.
My Mum loved the carers and looked forward to seeing them everyday. They were kind,caring and cheerful.
Nothing was too much trouble. They were never in a rush and always found time for a chat.
I can't recommend them enough.

I have no hesitation in expressing my great satisfaction with the care I have received from Visiting Angels North Kent. The two carers, provided separately, have had to learn how to apply rubber straps to my legs as preventative care of my varicose problems. In any extra time, they willingly perform
household chores.

First class. The care is totally outstanding. They are fully dementia trained and knew exactly how to help my mum. My mum was so happy with all of the ladies. Mum unfortunately has to go into a home now. I would highly recommend Visiting Angels without a doubt. Thank you once again from the bottom of

I located Visiting Angels via a search on the internet and subsequently found out they are a recommendation via the NHS.
From the very beginning, Katie the Registered Manager, was very friendly, accommodating and radiated a warm and understanding vibe. The carer my mum had, was lovely and genuine.

would recommend this agency.

I have found Visiting Angels provided excellent care that I needed for my father on a short term contract. They have done everything I asked and more. I have now taken a long term ongoing care contract with them and would recommend them to everyone. They have been very supportive to me when I needed
it.

I highly recommend visiting angels. My 96 year old Mother in law was looked after for 6 weeks while we were away.
They visited twice a day and carried out all tasks we asked for.
Unfortunately she had a fall but once the carers had been alerted they were there within 10 minutes and took control
of the situation in a very professional way.
We will definitely use visiting angels again and feel happy that she is well looked after when we are away.

Visiting Angels have been providing care for my mother for a year when her health and mobility were causing concern. At first she was reluctant as she feared losing her independence. However mum soon got used to the visits and got to know the carers. The carers were always cheerful and kind, helping
and supporting mum in the care she needed. This enabled mum to retain some of her independence. They would also spend time having a chat which mum really appreciated. The management team were professional, helpful and easy to contact. The care plans were reviewed and updated regularly. Any queries or concerns were addressed quickly.
I would definitely recommend Visiting Angels as care providers.

Visiting Angels have been providing care for me at home for the last 6 months and I'm absolutely delighted with the service they provide.
My carers are without doubt the best I've had. They are polite, kind, compassionate, engaging and go to no end of trouble to ensure my needs are met.
Contact with
the member of staff at the office is simple and straightforward and nothing is too much trouble.
A very efficient, professional and caring company that I would highly recommend.

My Nan had a stroke and has been left bed-bound, I needed to find carers I could trust and who would look after Nan like I do.
I came across Visiting Angels reviews they were very good not many care companies had good reviews!
We had council ones for 6 weeks they were dreadful.
Visiting Angels
are amazing, the ladies are all loving kind and so caring and they go above and beyond. My nan is so happy with the service and so are we.

I had an absolutely marvellous day at my daughter's wedding thanks to the attentiveness of my carer. Nothing was too much trouble and we developed a genuine friendship over the course of the day while still maintaining a professional relationship.
