Hollee has worked in the care sector since 2012. She started her career as a Care Assistant in a care home and worked her way up through various roles, including Administration Manager and Deputy Manager. After 11 years in the Care Home sector, Hollee decided to change to Home Care and found her calling! She is looking forward to working with Visiting Angels and being able to provide high-quality, quality one to one, tailored care to our clients. Whilst also making sure that the Angels have a happy and healthy work-life balance! Outside of work, you will probably find Hollee somewhere walking with her 2 dogs – Finn and Frank (who you might meet at the Office), or riding her very cheeky horse – Madge!

Maxine tried out law and the press before she moved into running a social care business. Her conviction is that all sectors she wants to work in must have a social benefit to them. In Russia, where she worked, she often found that staff were badly treated. Something that resonated with her when she explored entering the care sector. Visiting Angels stood out with their institutionalised carer-centric approach. In her spare time, she sails the seas on her sailboat “Blue Dove”.
