We employed Visiting Angels East Lancashire 3 months ago to care for an elderly relative who had come through 5 weeks hospital care and 4 weeks respite care in a nursing home. VA now provide 24-hour care and do an amazing job looking after our relative at home. The care staff are delightful and work hard to keep our relative safe and happy. They maintain the day-to-day functioning of the house and keep it clean, prepare meals, wash clothes and bedding as well as provide reassurance and companionship. Farzana has been incredible throughout and it is good to know that she has your back. Our relative has genuine affection for the staff and gets to see fresh faces and has attentive help whenever she needs it. We can monitor all this through the Birdie App. We would not hesitate to use the services of Visiting Angels East Lancashire again and we would recommend their services to anybody needing trusted assistance for their relatives. Care from Visiting Angels is still ongoing.

Sadly mum has recently passed, however I would highly recommend Visiting Angels, the service they provide is excellent.

There are not enough words to say how wonderful The visiting Angels are. After the very first moment we met Fazanna we knew they were the right people to care for firstly our Mum then latterly our Dad. They hold the same values we have Trust, partnership, care and love. Letting someone into your home who you don't really know is incredibly hard. We need not have worried. We will continue to sing their praises as they truly deserve it. Nothing at all is too much for them! Nothing but respect and thanks for each and everyone of them.

Over the last five years, Visiting Angels have been wonderful with my mum. The care they provide is consistently excellent. They support mum in taking a shower, make sure she's settled comfortably afterwards with a cup of tea, and always take the time for a little chat.

After my hip replacement, I could not have wished for a better team of people to help me or my recovery- every one of them were truly angels who actually cared and were not only professional and polite at all times but always turned up on time and at the same time I truly couldn't have coped without them and although I am now fully on the road to recovery I am going to miss them. We contacted Visiting Angels our 92 year old Auntie needed more help to keep her independence in her own home.From the first contact with the managers who were so understanding of our needs to the amazing carers all of whom are so caring understanding and compassionate. My Mum has really benefitted from the caring service provided by Visiting Angels. Initially, my brother and I only really wanted to make sure that Mum saw somebody to interact with, but the services such as help with shopping, visiting the library, medicines, application of skin salve, housework and all the day-to-day things which she struggles with have been a God-send.
