Our family has been extremely pleased with the care and support provided by this care home. From the very beginning, our grandmother's comfort, dignity, and individual needs have clearly been a priority.
The facilities are clean, well maintained, and designed to support residents' safety and mobility.
Her room is comfortable, bright, and welcoming, helping her feel settled and at ease. The communal areas are warm and inviting, offering both social spaces and quiet areas for rest.
The staff are truly exceptional. They are kind, patient, and respectful, always taking the time to listen and care for our grandmother with genuine compassion. She is treated as an individual, not just a resident, which has greatly improved her confidence and wellbeing. The team support her daily needs while encouraging independence wherever possible.
Communication with the family has been excellent, giving us reassurance and peace of mind. We would highly recommend this care home to other families.

I'd like to thank Home Care for the care they have provided to my grandad! It's been so easy working alongside them to provide him the best care. It's not easy trusting someone to take care of someone you hold so dear, but they have made the experience such a positive one. For anyone thinking to use

We've been using Visiting Angels to support our brother for several months now, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From our very first meeting, the team took the time to understand our family's needs and to match us with a caregiver who is not only professional but also genuinely
kind and compassionate.
Our brother looks forward to each visit - his Angel has made a real difference in both his confidence and independence at home. The communication from the office has also been excellent they're always responsive, flexible, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly.
As a family, having Visiting Angels' support has given me/us peace of mind and reassurance that our brother is in safe, caring hands. We couldn't recommend them more highly to anyone looking for quality, person-centrerd home care.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Visiting Angels. From the moment we reached out, their team showed genuine care, professionalism, and compassion. From the moment I contacted Visiting Angels, the service has been wonderful.
The first meeting at home was so relaxed and professional, it made both my husband and myself have complete confidence in the support that they were going to provide for my husband. For the first time in twenty months, I felt
a weight being lifted from my shoulders and to know that they are always there for me should I need any extra support.

Visiting Angels have been looking after Mum for a number of months now. The level of care is outstanding and the team are always on hand to help, provide solutions and recommendations to help Mum's wellbeing. Mum enjoys their visit and the extra companionship this has provided. I would highly recommend
Visiting Angels to assist with the care of loved ones and I can confirm that the care is excellent. This has helped to ease some of my worries as I know the team will keep a close eye on my mum. We keep in touch regularly and they let me know if there are concerns straight away.

I live in an annexe on my son's farm. I look forward to the carers coming each morning, to get me up for the day. They are a grand lot (at times I wish I had them all the time). I had a fall and broke my hip over a year ago and now use a walking frame. Before my fall, I was active and managed my own
affairs. I feel doing my exercises (physio) daily, has helped strengthen my hip.
