I would like to say a big thank you to all the Visiting Angels who have helped my 99 year old Mum stay in her own home for as long as possible. As her daughter, I have always felt supported in what can be challenging times. They have shown kindness and compassion and put my Mum's needs first at all

times.

Overall Experience

We started to use Visiting Angels last April after dad broke his hip. Right from the start, when they came to assess him, we knew that Visiting Angels were the right carers for dad. They took time to get to know him and his likes and dislikes. As he lived with us we wanted people that we felt comfortable

with coming into our home and this was always the case. One of the things we liked was the flexibility they offered for shorter visits as he improved. His carer was always very willing to help or change timings if he wanted. I would highly recommend Visiting Angels and if dad hadn't had to go into a care home we would still be using them today. Thank you for all the help and care you gave him.

I've never had such a good care company for my mother before. Visiting Angels are exactly what they say, the carer is amazing and has found me amazing carers and whist doing so has covered and is still covering my mothers care as my mother has Alzheimer's of which they are experts in understanding the

needs required for this condition. So far this has been an outstanding service from the manager to the carers and all are completly professional, caring and knowledgeable. Considering what we went through before we came to this comapny we are so happy with how professional this company are. They take everything into consideration about my mothers needs and also for me as her carer and meet those needs wherever possible. Im so happy I took the plunge and made these changes for my mother and, considering change is difficult for her the comapny have fully met our needs for a smooth transition.I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The care provided by Visiting Angels has been exceptional. Our father's needs are complex, yet the staff have gone above and beyond to establish a reliable and effective routine that has enabled him to remain comfortably in his own home. Their dedication has significantly improved his quality of life

Overall Experience

Visiting Angels care are a well-run, friendly company that manages to combine commercial efficiency with personalised care. Their staff are well-trained, happy people (we know 4 of them), who quickly become part of the extended family. We don't know another care company, but can't imagine a better one.

Overall Experience

Having been my wife's sole carer for nearly 7 years, a stroke in April 2022 forced me to seek outside help. At first I have serious reservations but soon came to appreciate Visiting Angels- the carers have always treated my wife with dignity and patience despite her sometimes difficult behaviour, and

they have provided me with invaluable and varied social contact. And the management have always been approachable and helpful.

Overall Experience

I have used Visiting Angels to provide assistance and accompany me to hospital and GP appointments. Sometimes a carer will accompany me in a taxi to a hospital appointment, but on occasions I have requested a carer who drives who can drive me locally to a GP appointment.
When I had my introductory

meeting with someone from Visiting Angels, they were very friendly and thorough in understanding what kind of care I required. I was left feeling completely confident that Visiting Angels would be the perfect company to provide me with the care I needed.
In every instance the carer has been reliable, friendly and more than capable of providing me with the care I need.
Communication with Visiting Angels is easy and they have always been able to provide me with what ever kind of service I need.
I am exceedingly happy with Visiting Angels and would not hesitate to recommend them in the future.

The two ladies chosen to look after me overnight during my husband's absence arrived promtly at 9 p.m.each night, One of their duties while here was to put out my medication three times a day which they carried out carefully. We had plenty of amusing conversations and they checked up carefully that

I had eaten and drunk enough fluid before I went to bed and made sure I had everything I needed for a good night's sleep. I enjoyed their friendly company, one each night over the week my husband was away, and I look forward to when my husband goes away again and I can enjoy and have the pleasure of their company again.- both ladies were very pleasant company during the time that they were here and they looked after me carefully. I am very pleased with their help and the way it was delivered. Thank you all!

Overall Experience

The Visiting Angels Central Surrey team helped my dad to stay in his own home for as long as possible. The carers were kind and compassionate and used their initiative to see what needed to be done.
They were also flexible when my dad needed an additional visit each day and responsive if I phoned with

a query.
I would definitely recommend Visiting Angels to families looking for care.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company to you. We only used them for a short time, but they were excellent. My father is almost 95 and has a Stoma. All the staff we had dealings with were kind, respectful, competent and supportive. All we can say is a huge thank you for being there at our

hour of need.

Overall Experience

Visiting Angels was recommended to us by our hospital dementia group when I had to have an operation and to look after my wife who has later-stage dementia, I was very concerned about how Visiting Angels and my wife would get on together but I really needn't have worried, they were very professional,

caring, always on time and extremely supportive to my wife's needs. We would have no hesitation in recommending Visiting Angels and we definitely will use them when we need help in the future.

Overall Experience

Our father was lucky enough to have an Angel in the form of a particular member of staff for the last couple of years of his life. We cannot express our gratitude enough, as he truly was not only an exemplary carer, our dear dad also classed him as a friend.
He made such a massive difference to Dad's

end-of-life care and we are truly grateful to him.
He remains in touch with us and made time out of his busy schedule to join us when we said our goodbyes.
To the mentioned member of staff, we are indebted to you and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being such a great companion and always bringing a smile to Dad's face, despite his declining health. No one could match your breakfast and coffee-making skills!

Overall Experience

We felt the service enabled us to completely relax while we were away knowing Mum was happy. The whole process was so simple to set up and flowed seamlessly. One of the carers came to see how we managed and followed the routine exactly. We were so happy with the service we have continued with the care.

Best part was caregiver was respectful of Mum and encouraging her to do things she is normally resistant to.

I have found Visiting Angels totally reliable in providing care at the date and time arranged, which removes the stress of not knowing if or when a caregiver will turn up. The carers are all friendly and cheerful. As I rely on them to do my shopping every week, they work very hard to find exactly what

I want and need. They also do vital cleaning which I cannot manage because of increasing mobility problems.

Overall Experience

For several years ending in October 2023, Visiting Angels provided day care for my wife twice a week. She had advanced Alzheimer's. The carers were wonderful: they established a rapport with my wife and she was happy in their company. They helped her feed her, looked after her, and sometimes took her

out for walks and excursions, coffee etc. I felt absolute confidence in leaving my very vulnerable wife in their care. I am very pleased to recommend this agency highly. The lady who heads it has also been very helpful and has given me much good advice and support. I am very grateful to her and her carers.
More recently (September 2024) I needed a short period of care myself following a minor operation. The agency's carer was one who had cared for my wife. She was excellent: she met me at hospital, took me home, cooked a meal for me and was with me for approx 24 hours following surgery. As before I was very impressed with the care provided and am grateful to Visiting Angels.

Overall Experience

Visiting Angels have delivered a high standard of care for my mother for more than a year now. They have consistently been responsive to our changing needs, and are always on hand to provide advice and guidance with all issues we have had with working out what is best for my mum and also for my dad

who is her main carer. The carers are so kind, gentle and always flexible and adaptable to whatever task is needed. They are trained to a high standard, but the empathy they have can't be taught. The company obviously look after their staff, as turnover is very low. Having consistency in carers means that my parents have developed trusting relationships, which has given me peace of mind that they are safe and happy.
