is so important for the patients peace of mind. I have been fortunate in having the same two, Esmail and Tammy, both of whom are excellent in all respects. They turn up on time, efficient , considerate, consciences, extremely kind and with great sense of humour. nothing is to much trouble for them.
the impression I get is that all the carers are similar.
It is interesting how kindly they talk about the organisation, which leads me to believe that the management respect their staff and this reflects in the staff's attitude and service to the patient.

when necessary. It means that I no longer have to worry about the quality of care that my friend receives. I find the app very useful as it shows what has been done on a daily basis. I am able to contact manager Joanne if necessary (like dealing with medical appointments) and we review every 6 months or so. Whilst all the staff are excellent, in particular I find Joanne helpful, very professional and always able to deal with any matters we discuss in a friendly efficient way.

My parents were reticient about having care, but both now look forward to the carers visits and have a great relationship with them - they inspire my mum and encourage her to regain mobility and they make her laugh - a true tonic! I have direct contact with the care manager. The carers are supberb, whether its providing personal care, preparing a meal, or just spotting things to make my parents lives easier. The agency interacts brilliantly with other services (eg OT) and support that as part of their visits. The app is hugely reassuring in being able to see in real time what has happened during care visit, what they have eaten and their general wellbeing.

Considering what we went through before we came to this comapny we are so happy with how professional this company are. They take everything into consideration about my mothers needs and also for me as her carer and meet those needs wherever possible. I had eaten and drunk enough fluid before I went to bed and made sure I had everything I needed for a good night's sleep. I enjoyed their friendly company, one each night over the week my husband was away, and I look forward to when my husband goes away again and I can enjoy and have the pleasure of their company again.- both ladies were very pleasant company during the time that they were here and they looked after me carefully. I am very pleased with their help and the way it was delivered. Thank you all!

More recently (September 2024) I needed a short period of care myself following a minor operation. The agency's carer was one who had cared for my wife. She was excellent: she met me at hospital, took me home, cooked a meal for me and was with me for approx 24 hours following surgery. As before I was very impressed with the care provided and am grateful to Visiting Angels.

who is her main carer. The carers are so kind, gentle and always flexible and adaptable to whatever task is needed. They are trained to a high standard, but the empathy they have can't be taught. The company obviously look after their staff, as turnover is very low. Having consistency in carers means that my parents have developed trusting relationships, which has given me peace of mind that they are safe and happy.
