I am able to contact manager Joanne if necessary (like dealing with medical appointments) and we review every 6 months or so. Whilst all the staff are excellent, in particular I find Joanne helpful, very professional and always able to deal with any matters we discuss in a friendly efficient way.

I have direct contact with the care manager. The carers are supberb, whether its providing personal care, preparing a meal, or just spotting things to make my parents lives easier. The agency interacts brilliantly with other services (eg OT) and support that as part of their visits. The app is hugely reassuring in being able to see in real time what has happened during care visit, what they have eaten and their general wellbeing.

I had eaten and drunk enough fluid before I went to bed and made sure I had everything I needed for a good night's sleep. I enjoyed their friendly company, one each night over the week my husband was away, and I look forward to when my husband goes away again and I can enjoy and have the pleasure of their company again.- both ladies were very pleasant company during the time that they were here and they looked after me carefully.
