Visiting Angels were our first choice when it came to looking for a carer for mum. The website made us feel like they would look after her as if she were their own and they did not fail in any aspect. From the first home visit to the hour daily care mum recieved, the 5 staff/carers we had the pleasure of meeting were all full of a beautiful kindess, caring and compassionate nature. Our mum was given the dignity she deserved by these beautiful people . Thank you all so much x

My husband has Alzheimer's disease and he is cared for at home by my daughter & myself. Visiting Angels provides respite support for us, Visiting Angels took geat care in matching a carer to care for us. Our carer provides personal care, stimulation and light housekeeping duties. our carer is kind, compassionate and professional and gives us the space to follow activities which give us space to be ourselves for a while. We all look forward to the visits and she is part of the family team who helps to keep my husband happy & comfortable at home.

Visiting Angels have been great! Everyone is extremely professional, caring and friendly. They really listened to the needs of our whole family in order to put an individual care plan in place for my elderly Mum, which has allowed her to stay living at home for another year. They have been flexible, happy to change the day to day plan when it was helpful and extremely good at keeping in touch, checking in regularly and letting us know about any updates. We were always informed of any change of planned caregiver, all arrived on time, always willing to help with whatever was needed. We would definitely recommend a call to Visiting Angels to discuss your needs, if you are considering care at home for a loved one.

I can't speak highly enough about the team. Bought in to 'assist to independence' for my elderly father post major back surgery, the team have been amazing and kind and patient, my father has made amazing progress both physically and with his confidence, I really think the Angels contributed to his success. We have been using the Visiting Angels for around eight months now. They really do go above and beyond the call of duty. They are friendly, professional and caring and it always impresses me how they are always looking for ways to improve the service for my mum.

Have used Visiting Angels for 3 years for my mum and dad (now just my dad). They have received the best care ever. Everyone is so kind and caring and go above and beyond. Often the carers stay longer than they should just chatting to dad. We are always kept informed if someone different is coming. Would definitely recommend them. Have no complaints. They are amazing.

About a year ago I switched Care Providers to Visiting Angels for a friend that I look after. Their care has been impeccable and I am reassured that my friend is now very well looked after. All the visiting care providers are both caring and efficient carrying out pre agreed tasks contacting me occasionally when necessary. It means that I no longer have to worry about the quality of care that my friend receives. I find the app very useful as it shows what has been done on a daily basis. I am able to contact manager Joanne if necessary (like dealing with medical appointments) and we review every 6 months or so. Whilst all the staff are excellent, in particular I find Joanne helpful, very professional and always able to deal with any matters we discuss in a friendly efficient way.

During my wife's illness Visiting Angels North Surrey, provided an excellent service of care and compassion, and since her passing has supported me admirably during the bereavement.

Excellent, diligent and empathetic care. Visiting Angels have been providing care for my parents since September. From the initial meeting to assess needs, the support in ensuring what financial support is available to the carers being chosen to ensure consistency and compatibility with clients it has been a really great experience. My parents were reticient about having care, but both now look forward to the carers visits and have a great relationship with them - they inspire my mum and encourage her to regain mobility and they make her laugh - a true tonic! I have direct contact with the care manager. The carers are supberb, whether its providing personal care, preparing a meal, or just spotting things to make my parents lives easier. The agency interacts brilliantly with other services (eg OT) and support that as part of their visits. The app is hugely reassuring in being able to see in real time what has happened during care visit, what they have eaten and their general wellbeing.

Visiting Angels have been supporting my Mum now for six months. She was reticent at first but the professionalism, care and support they have provided has turned her around. She loves them and would not be without them! They have kept me informed as I live 180 miles away and nothing is too much trouble for the care co ordinator , who has established a great rapport with Mum and is able to tackle any problem that Mum sets her! The carers are prompt, kind and engaged ensuring Mums safety and well being and as a result Mum enjoys their company and care. Top marks for Visiting Angels .. Thank you so much.

Lynn was able to organise urgent short term care for three times a day after a broken shoulder. The carers were fantastic, kind and caring. I've never had such a good care company for my mother before. Visiting Angels are exactly what they say, the carer is amazing and has found me amazing carers and whist doing so has covered and is still covering my mothers care as my mother has Alzheimer's of which they are experts in understanding the needs required for this condition. So far this has been an outstanding service from the manager to the carers and all are completly professional, caring and knowledgeable. Considering what we went through before we came to this comapny we are so happy with how professional this company are. They take everything into consideration about my mothers needs and also for me as her carer and meet those needs wherever possible. Im so happy I took the plunge and made these changes for my mother and, considering change is difficult for her the comapny have fully met our needs for a smooth transition.I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Our father's needs are complex, yet the staff have gone above and beyond to establish a reliable and effective routine that has enabled him to remain comfortably in his own home. Their dedication has significantly improved his quality of life and provided our family with much-needed support and peace of mind. We couldn't recommend Visiting Angels highly enough.

Visiting Angels care are a well-run, friendly company that manages to combine commercial efficiency with personalised care. Their staff are well-trained, happy people (we know 4 of them), who quickly become part of the extended family. We don't know another care company, but can't imagine a better one.

The two ladies chosen to look after me overnight during my husband's absence arrived promtly at 9 p.m.each night, One of their duties while here was to put out my medication three times a day which they carried out carefully. We had plenty of amusing conversations and they checked up carefully that I had eaten and drunk enough fluid before I went to bed and made sure I had everything I needed for a good night's sleep. I enjoyed their friendly company, one each night over the week my husband was away, and I look forward to when my husband goes away again and I can enjoy and have the pleasure of their company again.- both ladies were very pleasant company during the time that they were here and they looked after me carefully. I am very pleased with their help and the way it was delivered. Thank you all!

I have no hesitation in recommending this company to you. We only used them for a short time, but they were excellent. My father is almost 95 and has a Stoma. All the staff we had dealings with were kind, respectful, competent and supportive. All we can say is a huge thank you for being there at our hour of need.

Visiting Angels was recommended to us by our hospital dementia group when I had to have an operation and to look after my wife who has later-stage dementia, I was very concerned about how Visiting Angels and my wife would get on together but I really needn't have worried, they were very professional, caring, always on time and extremely supportive to my wife's needs. We would have no hesitation in recommending Visiting Angels and we definitely will use them when we need help in the future.
