Overall Experience
I cannot recommend Visiting Angels enough. After taking on the responsibility of caring for my grandma over the past six years, I truly needed the support of professionals-and that's exactly what I found with Visiting Angels.
From my very first phone call with Klaire, everything was seamless. Introducing the idea to my grandma was surprisingly easy, and the transition felt natural thanks to how understanding and supportive the team was.
The carers go above and beyond every single day. I honestly don't know what I'd do without them. My grandma absolutely adores the company they provide-it's something she genuinely looks forward to every day.

They truly live up to their name.

Overall Experience

The girls treat my Mum with dignity and respect, always. They contact me if there is any problem, and the Manager is so helpful. A great experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in need of carers.
