Overall Experience

Overall, we are very satisfied with the care provided; all the carers are friendly and interact well.
We do find the times vary, mostly in the evenings, sometimes it can be 5-15, other times 7.

Overall Experience

We used Visiting Angels for twelve weeks while my wife was recovering from a fall & weeks stay in hospital
We found them very efficient and helpful the carers were very pleasant and apart from helping my wife were happy to do other tasks like ironing and some light house work.
Overall we'd be happy

to recommend the service provided by Visiting Angels.

The sudden awareness that care needed for a loved person after unexpected severe illness, a life experience never wanted. On that background we were recommended to Visiting Angels and their CEO Pareg. From the first moment of contact the care and compassion exemplary. A very full assessment of need,

discussion of costs and the introduction of a team of highly professional carers made our life circumstance fundamentally better than would otherwise have been the case. I have no hesitation in recommending this marvelous company if care needs of any type required.

Overall Experience

We were strongly recommended to use Visiting Angels by a health professional, and we are so pleased we did. We needed a quick solution when my father was discharged from hospital on New Year's Eve, and Visiting Angels provided a wonderful live-in carer at very short notice when others couldn't. Our

carer is excellent and a perfect match for our parents, and the members of the management team in the office are communicative, responsive and give a very personal service. Any issues we have had have been swiftly ironed out. All in all, a very positive experience, and I highly recommend Visiting Angels.

Overall Experience

Mum had the most wonderful care from Visiting Angels, they were kind and caring and were a great support to my Dad too. Sadly Mum has since passed but the gentleness, respect and kindness showed on that day was an enormous help.
My Dad was reluctant to get carers in for Mum but now says that it was

the best decision we made and we can't recommend them enough .They were worth every penny.

Visiting Angels Organization are Simply A 5 Star World Class Team who take care of all Fathers Parkinson's, Dementia and Bladder Cancer issues! Their communication and joined up management is wonderful and they really care about my father and his ongoing health care! They are available to contact 24/7

The carers we have are very good and very kind to my mum.all the people I have dealt with are very helpful. They all have nice personalities and are very patient with my mum. I am very happy as my mum is quite deaf and they are very patient with her.

My father has been using visiting Angels for at least a month now . He is very happy with the service he gets .
He has two hours care a day and I have always found that they are prompt and always give him what he needs .
They have been very accommodating in every way .
He mainly has one person

and feels comfortable with her .
I also find the app on line easy to use and reassuring. I can see how my father is and what he has eaten .

I just want to say a big thank you to Visiting Angels for the wonderful support they gave my husband after his recent hospital stay.

He's been feeling much weaker than usual, so having someone there to take him to his appointment made all the difference.

It was such a relief knowing he was in

safe, caring hands and that he got there on time without any stress.

My brother and I were so pleased to find Visiting Angels as we needed to find a carer at short notice who could accompany our mother from her care home to a hospital appointment and back. The carer arrived punctually and excellent in looking after our mother's needs over a long day, and our mother

was very happy. The administration from the office was excellent and we would definitely recommend this service.

Visiting Angels go out of their way to look after aunt. My aunt was resistant to having carers in her home, initially, but now she really appreciates the team; thanks to their kindness and compassion they have won my aunt over! The team of carers, including the supervisor, are excellent communicators.

Yesterday my aunt had forgotten her hair appointment and gone out to do some errands. The carer waited for over an hour and her persistance paid out! My aunt returned and they had enough time to get to the hairdressers. Throughout, Visiting Angels and I were in touch. The assessment was thorough, the service is flexible and the client is at the heart of their service.

From the outset we have been very impressed with the manager and her team and the care provided for our Aunt. Selecting an appropriate care provider is never easy and we immediately felt at ease due to the reassurance provided, the expertise and the ease of communication. Being remote from where our

Aunt lives both the responsiveness and openness in communication has been vital. We also like that with Visiting Angels South East it feels like a more personable level of service, rather than when dealing with a larger organisation. When queries have arisen the two/ three way communication between my aunt, ourselves and Visiting Angels has ensured they are quickly resolved. Visiting Angels have provided a very flexible service allowing us to increase the level of care, as my Aunt's needs have changed. We have been very impressed so far and would definitely recommend.
