Our review was very productive today. We discussed how much our carer had done for us. How he had helped my husband to regain his confidence to return to driving. We also discussed all medical issues and brought things up to date.

Being able to remain in the comfort of her own home meant so much to my aunt, and Visiting Angels West London made that possible through their dedication, reliability, and high standard of care. The support they provided not only enhanced her quality of life but also gave our family invaluable peace of mind. From our first enquiry Visiting Angels responded promptly, but what really stood out was the time and care they invested in getting to know both our family and most importantly my mum. They took the time to listen and understand her personality, interests, routines, and individual needs. This approach was invaluable in building trust and creating a genuine rapport between my mum and her carer. Entrusting the care of a loved one to someone else is never an easy decision, but from the moment we met my mum's wonderful carer, we felt completely at ease. Their professionalism and genuine compassion gave us total confidence that she was in the very best hands. They consistently go above and beyond in every aspect of her care. Seeing mum happy, relaxed, and smiling has been incredibly reassuring. The team is always flexible, and willing to adapt to my mum's changing needs. Their communication is excellent, and care provided is exceptional, delivered with warmth, dignity, and genuine kindness.

Excellent tailored approach to care-giving. Response times were fast and representatives reassuring. Consistency and communication have been great. I have not been present at all the sessions, but am getting good feedback. I would definitely recommend Visiting Angels without hesitation.

This is the second time we have used Visiting Angels, first for mum, back in October 2025 and then mum in law in the last few weeks. Could not fault them on both occasions. Choosing care for a loved one is traumatic enough but the kindness, compassion and understanding from Dillion and Verity went a long way to making the whole process much easier to navigate. No hard sell, just listening and offering solutions to think about. The care was in place as soon as we needed it, and nothing was too much trouble to sort or explain. The carers had been excellent communicating how both mums were getting on, and taking the time to understand their preferences, likes and dislikes and accommodating them. Could not recommend highly enough!

My elderly cousins have been looked after by an angel in disguise called Mandeep (Mandy). This lady is exceptional. She is kind, patient and friendly at all times. My cousins have never been happier and I pray that she does not leave. She is intelligent and has wonderful conversations with Dave, reading to him and keeping his mind off his pain. She has never ending patience with Liz, who unfortunately does not recognise many people any more, but she loves Mandy. Her presence has made life so much easier. As I live far away, I can have peace of mind that she is always there and always looking after them as part of the family.

We have been extremely pleased with the care and support provided by Visiting Angels SE London. From the very first contact, communication was clear, professional and reassuring, which has made a difficult time much easier to manage. The carers have been consistently kind, respectful, and compassionate, taking the time to understand our needs and routines. They arrive on time, carry out their duties thoroughly, and always treat my partner with dignity and genuine warmth. It is clear they are well trained and genuinely care about the people they support. The management team has also been both excellent and responsive to questions, flexible when circumstances change, and proactive in checking that everything is going well. Knowing that such a reliable and caring team is in place has given my partner myself real peace of mind. We have had a good experience with Visiting Angels. The managers are helpful and respond quickly to enquiries, and they try and be flexible with adding more carer shifts. The carers are polite and patient and follow the care plans. My dad gets on well with them. I like that they use an app to capture visit notes. At the beginning there were a few things to resolve, but once we got into a routine everything has been really smooth and we've been with them for almost 6 months now!

She really is an angel.

The service has been amazing from the office to the carers. We have two carers who actually Care and my Mum likes having the Ladies here. The office is supporting in allocating at short notice doing Hospital Visits The office Team supported Hospital Discharge in Febuary and supported that to discharge. I feel my mum is in good hands when I am not at home with her Carers they are punctual. It has been a good experiance where I was dubious in getting extra suppprt now I have increased the days. Thank you to all the Team

My Dad's carers are really lovely--kind, attentive, and experienced. Those who have been supporting him regularly--Andrew, Manpreet, Vivian, Helane and Frederica, have taken the time to understand his routine, which has made a real difference to his comfort and wellbeing. I'm also very pleased with the service overall. The office team is responsive and approachable, and any concerns we've had have been dealt with promptly and professionally.

Mandeep or Mandy as she is known to family and friends alike is very good. She carried out her work in caring for two old people both in their 90s very well from more then eight months it never easy i am blind person and my wife as a lower level Alzheimer disease mandy copes extremely well she does this while doing all the household chores efficiently and with good grace. She also is a Companion with a good sense of humour. We can not fault her as a long term live in carer and hope we do not lose her to another person.

Good-morning. Visiting Angels South Middlesex supported me when I had an ankle operation last year and they were wonderful so thank you very much for that I really appreciate it.

The carer were lovely ladies, with good intentions but so new to the UK with very limited English that they could not provide me with the care needed. It was a struggle to explain and guide them to identify food items, how appliances worked and soon the hour was over, a great deal of effort had been expended without much food and water coming my way. It was all about the money, sticking to contract rather than providing suitable and appropriate care.
