We have had a good experience with Visiting Angels. The managers are helpful and respond quickly to enquiries, and they try and be flexible with adding more carer shifts. The carers are polite and patient and follow the care plans. My dad gets on well with them. I like that they use an app to capture visit notes. At the beginning there were a few things to resolve, but once we got into a routine everything has been really smooth and we've been with them for almost 6 months now!

From the outset we have been very impressed with the manager and her team and the care provided for our Aunt. Selecting an appropriate care provider is never easy and we immediately felt at ease due to the reassurance provided, the expertise and the ease of communication. Being remote from where our Aunt lives both the responsiveness and openness in communication has been vital. The service I have received as been excellent. I was struggling before and having difficulty due to my mobility. Since having the help from the carer. I no longer feel stressed when I'm unable to get certain task done.

My mum is 84 and has had Alzheimer's for the last 3 years. She lived alone most of the time and although she is ok to be at home alone she likes to go out and has lost her confidence in that. We engaged the services of Visiting Angels over a year ago and they have been great. Mum Mum now regularly attends a weekly exercise class and Memory club and Visiting Angels provide a chaperone service. All of the carers are lovely and my Mum enjoys chatting to them on the journeys as well as at the classes she goes to. It has also been useful if Mum has had any medical appointments that I cannot attend with her. We are very pleased with the overall service.

I think they are reliable kind friendly cares on time always finds cover whever i need it all around pretty great .ive them for some time now and plan to continue .their priority is to keep the client happy and at ease which is exactly what they do.
