Bella started her care journey after leaving college at 18 and has a nursing background.

She went into community care before later working in surgical wards and the theatre department at the Queen’s Medical Centre before then going on to work at a local private cosmetic surgery clinic.

During the course of her career, she worked in all of our covered areas as a Carer, Field Care Supervisor and Care Coordinator for other care companies. Read less
