They have a stringent recruitment procedure, followed by 10-12 weeks of in-house training to ensure they offer premium quality care. Visiting Angels is a global leader in providing quality home care. They started operating 22 years ago, originating in Philadelphia, USA, and have now moved over to the UK. Its Regional Office is in the Hounslow area, and serves all communities from Hillingdon, Hounslow, Twickenham, Richmond, Whitton, West Ealing down to Hampton, Hampton Hill, Sunbury on Thames, Shepperton, Walton on Thames and from Ashford Surrey across to Staines on Thames and surrounding areas.

My Dad's carers are really lovely--kind, attentive, and experienced. Those who have been supporting him regularly--Andrew, Manpreet, Vivian, Helane and Frederica, have taken the time to understand his routine, which has made a real difference to his comfort and wellbeing. I'm also very pleased with
the service overall. The office team is responsive and approachable, and any concerns we've had have been dealt with promptly and professionally.

Mandeep or Mandy as she is known to family and friends alike is very good. She carried out her work in caring for two old people both in their 90s very well from more then eight months it never easy i am blind person and my wife as a lower level Alzheimer disease mandy copes extremely well she does
this while doing all the household chores efficiently and with good grace. She also is a Companion with a good sense of humour. We can not fault her as a long term live in carer and hope we do not lose her to another person.

The carer were lovely ladies, with good intentions but so new to the UK with very limited English that they could not provide me with the care needed. It was a struggle to explain and guide them to identify food items, how appliances worked and soon the hour was over, a great deal of effort had been
expended without much food and water coming my way. It was all about the money, sticking to contract rather than providing suitable and appropriate care.

Overall, we are very satisfied with the care provided; all the carers are friendly and interact well.
We do find the times vary, mostly in the evenings, sometimes it can be 5-15, other times 7.

Mum had the most wonderful care from Visiting Angels, they were kind and caring and were a great support to my Dad too. Sadly Mum has since passed but the gentleness, respect and kindness showed on that day was an enormous help.
My Dad was reluctant to get carers in for Mum but now says that it was
the best decision we made and we can't recommend them enough .They were worth every penny.

I just want to say a big thank you to Visiting Angels for the wonderful support they gave my husband after his recent hospital stay.


He's been feeling much weaker than usual, so having someone there to take him to his appointment made all the difference.


It was such a relief knowing he was in

safe, caring hands and that he got there on time without any stress.


It really gave me peace of mind, and we're both so grateful for the kindness and care shown. Thank you again - it truly meant a lot to us!

My brother and I were so pleased to find Visiting Angels as we needed to find a carer at short notice who could accompany our mother from her care home to a hospital appointment and back. The carer arrived punctually and excellent in looking after our mother's needs over a long day, and our mother
was very happy. The administration from the office was excellent and we would definitely recommend this service.

Our Visiting Angel (VA) comes to take my mother out for a couple of hours on a regular basis. This gives us full time carers at home some respite and it is a wonderful opportunity for mum to socialise. Mum gets on really well with our VA he is punctual, friendly, good fun, unfailingly considerate and
kindhearted. He is always thinking of different places to take Mum and she feels safe and cared for at all times. The overall service has been impressive and we know we can rely on Visiting Angels which is extremely reassuring. I would like to add the communication with the team has been excellent.

Just wanted to leave a review for the compassionate, loving and dedicated carers team at Visiting Angels namely, one staff member in particular being the main carer and 2 other staff members.
Our dad was a 94 year old dementia patient and sadly, recently passed away.
We as a family, wanted to Thank
them all for the great love, care and understanding they showed our dad whilst caring for him.
The main carer for dad, had a wonderful, compassionate personality and a lot of passion and dedication for his job. He always arrived with a big smile and a hearty laughter.
They were all, always very respectful, calm and patient with a lot of empathy and understanding and being a dementia patient, this would put dad at ease straight away. The qualities required to be excellent carers came through naturally in the team and we couldn't have asked for more caring, compassionate and loving people to be caring for our dad. It has all been very much appreciated by the family!!

Our 'Angel' always turns up promptly and is unfailingly friendly and courteous but also deferential. He complies with any requests we have, carries our luggage to the door and is very helpful and good company. We look forward to his visits each Wednesday. The ladies that came to see my Mum and cook for her were very friendly. Even though my Mum didn't know them, she says very happy to see them.
They were on time and spent the full hour with Mum. Completed all the tasks that were asked of them with no trouble.
When there was a problem they contacted
me promptly and we made things right straight away.
The carers were also available at short notice.
Very impressed with the service. Will definitely use them again when Mum's normal carer is away.

My passion for caring for the elderly started way back when I was 14. I had volunteered at a local nursing home playing the clarinet to the elderly every Sunday. From then, I always had it in my mind that one day I would run a home care service of some kind. Years went by and naturally, my career digressed and spanned from working within different industries such as finance, retail and more recently in aviation for a global airline. Whilst I have worked in these industries, the thought never left my mind to go back to care.


Today, I am proud to be running the new South Middlesex branch for Visiting Angels and giving back to my community. With the help of my great carers, we are providing and looking after the elderly and giving them something to look forward to every day.


My late grandmother always said I was destined to work in care and I am so happy I can fulfil this with the help of my supportive team with me.

My background includes Marketing and Customer Services from many global organisations (Airline, Retail, and Electronics to name a few), I am also a Parent Governor at our children’s school (Resources Committee, Admissions Chair). I want to be able to use this opportunity to give back to our community with all the experience I’ve gained over the years.
