Visiting Angels South Middlesex

My elderly cousins have been looked after by an angel in disguise called Mandeep (Mandy). This lady is exceptional. She is kind, patient and friendly at all times. My cousins have never been happier and I pray that she does not leave. She is intelligent and has wonderful conversations with Dave, reading to him and keeping his mind off his pain. She has never ending patience with Liz, who unfortunately does not recognise many people any more, but she loves Mandy. Her presence has made life so much easier. As I live far away, I can have peace of mind that she is always there and always looking after them as part of the family.

She really is an angel.

My Dad's carers are really lovely--kind, attentive, and experienced. Those who have been supporting him regularly--Andrew, Manpreet, Vivian, Helane and Frederica, have taken the time to understand his routine, which has made a real difference to his comfort and wellbeing. I'm also very pleased with the service overall. The office team is responsive and approachable, and any concerns we've had have been dealt with promptly and professionally.

Mandeep or Mandy as she is known to family and friends alike is very good. She carried out her work in caring for two old people both in their 90s very well from more then eight months it never easy i am blind person and my wife as a lower level Alzheimer disease mandy copes extremely well she does this while doing all the household chores efficiently and with good grace. She also is a Companion with a good sense of humour. We can not fault her as a long term live in carer and hope we do not lose her to another person.

Thank you so much, Visiting Angels, for your kind, caring and highly professional round-the-clock support for my parents over the past year, which enables them to continue living with dignity and comfort in their own home. Special praise for Mandeep for her exceptionally devoted care - she is indeed a visiting angel!

Good-morning. Visiting Angels South Middlesex supported me when I had an ankle operation last year and they were wonderful so thank you very much for that I really appreciate it.

The carer were lovely ladies, with good intentions but so new to the UK with very limited English that they could not provide me with the care needed. It was a struggle to explain and guide them to identify food items, how appliances worked and soon the hour was over, a great deal of effort had been expended without much food and water coming my way. It was all about the money, sticking to contract rather than providing suitable and appropriate care.

We do find the times vary, mostly in the evenings, sometimes it can be 5-15, other times 7.

I am very happy with my carer, she is very caring and I look forward to seeing her.

Leah and the team at Visiting Angels were wonderful to work with, they showed love and dedication to my wife during her illness. their kindness and care helped us both through a very difficult time. True professionals at all times. Cant recommend them enough.

The carer was great in assisting with our father at his doctors appointment making notes about medication and keeping us all informed. Visiting Angels South Middlesex thank you for being available always to help.

I just want to say a big thank you to Visiting Angels for the wonderful support they gave my husband after his recent hospital stay.

He's been feeling much weaker than usual, so having someone there to take him to his appointment made all the difference.

It was such a relief knowing he was in safe, caring hands and that he got there on time without any stress.

It really gave me peace of mind, and we're both so grateful for the kindness and care shown. Thank you again - it truly meant a lot to us!

My brother and I were so pleased to find Visiting Angels as we needed to find a carer at short notice who could accompany our mother from her care home to a hospital appointment and back. The carer arrived punctually and excellent in looking after our mother's needs over a long day, and our mother was very happy. The administration from the office was excellent and we would definitely recommend this service.

Our Visiting Angel (VA) comes to take my mother out for a couple of hours on a regular basis. This gives us full time carers at home some respite and it is a wonderful opportunity for mum to socialise. Mum gets on really well with our VA he is punctual, friendly, good fun, unfailingly considerate and kindhearted. He is always thinking of different places to take Mum and she feels safe and cared for at all times. The overall service has been impressive and we know we can rely on Visiting Angels which is extremely reassuring. I would like to add the communication with the team has been excellent.

From the first day to now we have been extremly pleased with the help that we have needed all of the staff are very polite and helpful nothing is to much trouble.

They were all, always very respectful, calm and patient with a lot of empathy and understanding and being a dementia patient, this would put dad at ease straight away. The qualities required to be excellent carers came through naturally in the team and we couldn't have asked for more caring, compassionate and loving people to be caring for our dad. It has all been very much appreciated by the family!!

Excellent service, all staff helpful and caring for me especially one staff member in particular.

Our 'Angel' always turns up promptly and is unfailingly friendly and courteous but also deferential. He complies with any requests we have, carries our luggage to the door and is very helpful and good company. We look forward to his visits each Wednesday. My husband is not easy to please but Visiting Angels are just perfect.
