Very impressed with the service. Will definitely use them again when Mum's normal carer is away.

My mum enjoys having a chat with them and listening to their stories.

Overall a very good job has been done. The only thing to date that I have pointed out is that if my appointment is changed in any way, that I am informed. That could be the carer, the time, etc. Otherwise, well done!

Visiting Angels provides wonderful care at home for my wife, who has dementia, and I. Our carer gives her exercise at home, takes her for walks and helps with all the domestic work that she and I can no longer manage.

We were very impressed with the company from when the manager visited us to discuss the type of care that my wife needed, he listened to my wife and arranged her care, he also selected the carers that felt would be better for her needs. They have been looking after for two weeks and her well-being has improved a lot, we are both very impressed with the service that we have received, well done.

Thank you all for the excellent care provided. The carers do a great job and the management are excellent. I am always informed immediately of any issues that arise and both management and carers sort any issues out very professionally. Nothing is too much trouble. I am so impressed with you all and can't thank you enough for the excellent service.

One staff member came to my house and recommend a certain carer to me. I have always been very pleased. I enjoy his company and he is always very thoughtful and respectful of my needs.

The care given to my husband is first class in every way, we couldn't ask for better carers. That also goes for management. They certainly are 'Visiting Angels'.

The managing director from Visiting Angels and his excellent team provided care for my father after a bad fall, which turned into end-of-life care. The team were well beyond expectations, caring for my father in a way that I could not match, and providing him with comfort and friendship. At a time that was sad in the knowledge of where we were heading, I was completely comforted that they did such a great job. Checking medication, ordering, reworking the apartment, and keeping me in touch with all events. In these last few months, they were not an agency, they were friends and family, and I am deeply in gratitude for their professionalism, friendship and knowledge. They made my father's last few weeks comfortable and involved. I cannot recommend them enough.

Visiting Angels have been wonderful providing care for my mum since my dad passed away. Staff are extremely caring and really go the extra mile. The managing director is always available to answer any questions we have and has also been extremely helpful during difficult times. I would highly recommend Visiting Angels.

Visiting Angels have been very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the time they cared for my father. They never missed a visit and would inform my father of the schedule of carers each week, so that he knew who to expect. They were able to increase the number of visits when asked and even provided cover at short notice when my father needed extra care one weekend. All the carers were very kind and patient with my father who was a very demanding client!

Appreciate the care provided for my husband, who has dementia, by most of the carers.

Problems are always dealt with quickly and efficiently, with a contact readily available.

As a family, we are very pleased with the service. Our preferred carer is wonderful and my mum is very well cared for. Even when this carer is not available, the managing director always finds us someone suitable to cover. He is very hands-on and always makes us feel valued. Lovely company and would highly recommend.

What an amazing team of people. My uncle can be tricky at times, but Visiting Angels always bring a smile to his face. Nothing is too much trouble and the level of care is very high. Timings are impeccable and notification is always given if any delay, which is very rare. To find a care package for my uncle, I thought was going to be a struggle, but Visiting Angels live up to their name and I can speak very highly of them all. Thank you, Visiting Angels, you have taken away some of the stress of looking after an elderly relative and given my uncle care to a very high standard.

Great carer and the office was very responsive and the staff was very friendly with all my personal care. The office was able to answer all my questions and great value for money and hope to use them in the future.
