They provide personalised companionship care, traditional home help, medication assistance, personal care, and complex home care including palliative care to help people remain living in their own homes.

They have a stringent recruitment procedure, followed by 10-12 weeks of in-house training to ensure they offer premium quality care. Investing in staff means caregivers stay with the company longer, and importantly, provides a continuity of care for you, or your loved one.

Visiting Angels is a global leader in providing quality home care. They started operating 22 years ago, originating in Philadelphia, USA, and have now moved over to the UK. Its Regional Office is in the Hounslow area, and serves all communities from Hillingdon, Hounslow, Twickenham, Richmond, Whitton, West Ealing down to Hampton, Hampton Hill, Sunbury on Thames, Shepperton, Walton on Thames and from Ashford Surrey across to Staines on Thames and surrounding areas.

The care given to my husband is first class in every way, we couldn't ask for better carers. That also goes for management. They certainly are 'Visiting Angels'.

The managing director from Visiting Angels and his excellent team provided care for my father after a bad fall, which turned into end-of-life care. The team were well beyond expectations, caring for my father in a way that I could not match, and providing him with comfort and friendship. At a time that
was sad in the knowledge of where we were heading, I was completely comforted that they did such a great job. Checking medication, ordering, reworking the apartment, and keeping me in touch with all events. In these last few months, they were not an agency, they were friends and family, and I am deeply in gratitude for their professionalism, friendship and knowledge. They made my father's last few weeks comfortable and involved. I cannot recommend them enough.

Visiting Angels have always been very helpful with my mum's care.
They selected a carer to suit her personality and hit the nail on the head!
My mum has definitely come on leaps and bounds in her rehabilitation. Her carer is a lovely lady who is very kind and considerate to her needs.

I think when someone is ill and "on in years", the greatest gift they can receive is time and my brother's carers give that in abundance. They are never rushed.
I would like to thank them for the high level of care they give to my brother, and I commend them for their high level of professionalism.

Visiting Angels have been very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the time they cared for my father. They never missed a visit and would inform my father of the schedule of carers each week, so that he knew who to expect. They were able to increase the number of visits when asked and
even provided cover at short notice when my father needed extra care one weekend. All the carers were very kind and patient with my father who was a very demanding client!

The care that my mum receives from Visiting Angels is generally excellent. One carer comes more frequently. Mum responds well to her and is very well cared for. One carer came a long way and, although the care she gave was very good, the journey had been difficult for her.
Problems are always dealt
with quickly and efficiently, with a contact readily available.

As a family, we are very pleased with the service. Our preferred carer is wonderful and my mum is very well cared for. What an amazing team of people. My uncle can be tricky at times, but Visiting Angels always bring a smile to his face. Nothing is too much trouble and the level of care is very high. Timings are impeccable and notification is always given if any delay, which is very rare. To find a care package for
my uncle, I thought was going to be a struggle, but Visiting Angels live up to their name and I can speak very highly of them all. Thank you, Visiting Angels, you have taken away some of the stress of looking after an elderly relative and given my uncle care to a very high standard.

My passion for caring for the elderly started way back when I was 14. I had volunteered at a local nursing home playing the clarinet to the elderly every Sunday. From then, I always had it in my mind that one day I would run a home care service of some kind. Years went by and naturally, my career digressed and spanned from working within different industries such as finance, retail and more recently in aviation for a global airline. Whilst I have worked in these industries, the thought never left my mind to go back to care.


Today, I am proud to be running the new South Middlesex branch for Visiting Angels and giving back to my community. With the help of my great carers, we are providing and looking after the elderly and giving them something to look forward to every day.


My late grandmother always said I was destined to work in care and I am so happy I can fulfil this with the help of my supportive team with me.
