As Registered Manager at Visiting Angels South Middlesex, I am passionate about delivering outstanding care and supporting the people who make that possible every day. We are a family-run organisation, and that ethos runs through everything we do — we treat our clients, carers, and colleagues like part of our extended family, with care, respect, and genuine connection at the heart of our service. That sense of family is also reflected within our team, where we are proud to have siblings working within the organisation, as well as a father and daughter contributing in different roles — one as a carer and the other in a management position.
My care career began in New Zealand, where I gained hands-on experience in live-in care, supporting people to remain independent and safe in their own homes. Before moving into the care sector, I worked in the charity sector, which helped shape my values around compassion, dignity, and community support.
After returning to the UK, I joined Visiting Angels South Middlesex in a Business Development role, working closely with families and professionals to ensure people could access high-quality home care. As the organisation grew, I transitioned into the role of Registered Manager, where I now focus on day-to-day operations, supporting our team and ensuring the delivery of safe, person-centred care.
It is both a privilege and an honour that our clients and their families place their trust in us to support their loved ones in the place they feel most comfortable — their own home. We are committed to building strong, trusting relationships and ensuring every person receives compassionate, high-quality care that enables them to live as independently and safely as possible.
