It is very clear that they have all taken the time to learn about dementia and their training is of a high standard. I live alone ....my back "went out" and the carer is here, literally like an Angel. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her. ( she even scraped off crusty puppy poo from kitchen tiles...now that is a bridge too far...not for the carer...on her knees laughing about the best solution for said scraping) I actually have not met many people who are as kind. I love her.

Right from the initial call with a staff member and the setting up of the package, I felt comfortable and confident, with their professional and friendly approach. Visiting Angels treat their clients individually, with dignity with respect, and after a few months, have eased themselves into my mother's life with a softly approach, and now she is accepting of them, they are able to help her in all sorts of ways, even caring for Toby the dog, who is my mother's lifeline. I have no hesitation in recommending them, they've given me peace of mind, that Mum has them looking out for her, when I cannot be there.
