There is an amazing team of carers working for this company. They really do care for and care about their clients and it has been a pleasure to have them involved with my aunt, who is delightful, but like all of us , can be difficult at times. They are very rarely late to their calls, and usually manage to advise me if they are running late. Their kindness and their care is exemplary.

We have been using care staff from Visiting Angels for both my parents since the beginning of July. The agency were amazing about putting care in place at short notice and we have been very happy with the service we have received. My mother has dementia and my father has limited mobility, and they have a carer for 3 hours, 6 mornings a week. During the week they have the same carer who they have become very fond of and she looks after their needs so well. She helps with personal care for them both, as well as general help in the home. She is very patient and caring, and goes above and beyond to do things to help them. On Saturdays they have a different carer, usually one of a few that they now know well, depending on who is available. Continuity and building a bond with their carer/s was so important to my parents (and to me, knowing that they were happy with whoever is looking after them) and this was achieved within a couple of weeks.

Visiting Angels supported us over the last year as my mum urgently needed more help at home following a medical incident. The piece of mind this provided to my mum and our whole family has been huge. The team have been incredibly responsive and adapted to our and my mum's needs with professionalism, flexibility and a caring approach. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I cannot thank Visiting Angels enough in the care of looking after my elderly mum. James and the team in the Reading area have been vital for helping my mum at her home. Sometimes I've had an emergency and needed unscheduled help as soon as possible, and I've got to say they managed to get someone to help at really short notice. I've found the carers to be mostly professional and friendly throughout, with some clearly going up and beyond their call of duty.

I contacted Visiting Angels as a matter of urgency. My adult son is severely disabled - cerebral palsy, epilepsy, fed via tube, autistic, full time wheelchair user and relies upon others for all of his needs including medical. Unfortunately, I had become very unwell and needed to be hospitalised with severe pneumonia on 3 different occasions. Visiting Angels stepped in very quickly and provided care for my son working alongside his core team. My main aim was to keep my son happy and within his own home. I was Unfortunately very poorly for most of last year but, with the help, the loving care towards my son then, I was able to rest and recover. I highly recommend Visiting Angels for all levels of care needs, they go over and above to support their clients. I have found over the past 22 years that not all care companies offer the same dedication and care. The team at visiting Angels worked closely with my sons core team. Thank-you

Visiting Angels are quite literally that- Angels. The lovely carers have been coming to visit my Nan who has mixed dementia daily since October 2024, shortly after my Grandad passed away who was her main carer. Introducing my Nan to homecare and new people coming into her home was a difficult transition however all of the angels slotted in very well to my Nan's life. Every single one of them has ensured that they provide the care needed to support my nans changing needs, not just that but they have gone above and beyond to do that little bit extra and put a smile on my Nans face again. From taking her The angels live up to their name in every possible way!! Each of them are all very different and have their own approaches to supporting my Nan which seem to work very well. It is very clear that they have all taken the time to learn about dementia and their training is of a high standard. There is not many places I have rated 5 stars in my lifetime however this company cannot be faulted!

One of the carers from Visiting Angels came to help me this week. We met last year after my knee operation. Thsi carer is wonderful. Funny, bright, intuitive, cheerful, and oh so helpful. She does everything with a positive attitude, from laundry to gardening, driving me to appointments. Shopping, getting lunch making sure I'm comfortable and have everything I need.I could not have got through this last week without her. I live alone ....my back "went out" and the carer is here, literally like an Angel. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her. ( she even scraped off crusty puppy poo from kitchen tiles...now that is a bridge too far...not for the carer...on her knees laughing about the best solution for said scraping) I actually have not met many people who are as kind. I love her.

My mother suffers from Alzheimer's, and lives alone, and was starting to struggle and needing more support than I was able to offer. The time had come to have a daily care package, and to be frank I was dreading this, as my mother was totally in denial, and very resistant to help outside of the family. Right from the initial call with a staff member and the setting up of the package, I felt comfortable and confident, with their professional and friendly approach. Visiting Angels treat their clients individually, with dignity with respect, and after a few months, have eased themselves into my mother's life with a softly approach, and now she is accepting of them, they are able to help her in all sorts of ways, even caring for Toby the dog, who is my mother's lifeline. I have no hesitation in recommending them, they've given me peace of mind, that Mum has them looking out for her, when I cannot be there.

Since one of their carers first came to me just over a year ago, she has been kind, caring, helpful and cheerful in so many way. Nothing is to much trouble for her and she will always see and do things that I can't myself. I really enjoy our days out and my dog Koko enjoys her too.

In my experience I have found this service to be personalised and tailored to meet individual needs, all staff have been kind, caring and approachable including management and very efficient. I would recommend them highly.

This is a new care company that has great empathy and is caring, is well-trained and treats me with dignity. Communication both by management and carers is excellent. I also am listened to and dealt with, with respect.
