From the 1st desperate plea for help on a Saturday afternoon, visiting angels are amazing - multiple messages over the weekend & a time was set for a personal visit on Monday morning. I felt so at ease during the visit that I signed the contract there & then. One staff member in particular has truly
gone above and beyond - even supporting me on a last minute basis, she saw me through a difficult day that had a rollercoaster of emotions and multiple check in messages since.
There is only one care company to consider in this area. Look no further than visiting Angels

Visiting Angels are quite literally that- Angels. The lovely carers have been coming to visit my Nan who has mixed dementia daily since October 2024, shortly after my Grandad passed away who was her main carer. Introducing my Nan to homecare and new people coming into her home was a difficult transition
however all of the angels slotted in very well to my Nan's life. Every single one of them has ensured that they provide the care needed to support my nans changing needs, not just that but they have gone above and beyond to do that little bit extra and put a smile on my Nans face again. From taking her The angels live up to their name in every possible way!! Each of them are all very different and have their own approaches to supporting my Nan which seem to work very well. It is very clear that they have all taken the time to learn about dementia and their training is of a high standard. There is not many places I have rated 5 stars in my lifetime however this company cannot be faulted!

One of the carers from Visiting Angels came to help me this week. We met last year after my knee operation. Thsi carer is wonderful. Funny, bright, intuitive, cheerful, and oh so helpful. She does everything with a positive attitude, from laundry to gardening, driving me to appointments. Shopping, getting
lunch making sure I'm comfortable and have everything I need.I could not have got through this last week without her. I live alone ....my back "went out" and the carer is here, literally like an Angel. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her. ( she even scraped off crusty puppy poo from kitchen tiles...now that is a bridge too far...not for the carer...on her knees laughing about the best solution for said scraping) I actually have not met many people who are as kind. I love her.

My mother suffers from Alzheimer's, and lives alone, and was starting to struggle and needing more support than I was able to offer. The time had come to have a daily care package, and to be frank I was dreading this, as my mother was totally in denial, and very resistant to help outside of the family.
Right from the initial call with a staff member and the setting up of the package, I felt comfortable and confident, with their professional and friendly approach. Visiting Angels treat their clients individually, with dignity with respect, and after a few months, have eased themselves into my mother's life with a softly approach, and now she is accepting of them, they are able to help her in all sorts of ways, even caring for Toby the dog, who is my mother's lifeline. I have no hesitation in recommending them, they've given me peace of mind, that Mum has them looking out for her, when I cannot be there.

Since one of their carers first came to me just over a year ago, she has been kind, caring, helpful and cheerful in so many way. Nothing is to much trouble for her and she will always see and do things that I can't myself. I really enjoy our days out and my dog Koko enjoys her too.

We have been using Visiting Angels since September 2022 and the care and support they have provided have exceeded our expectations.
All the staff we have had contact with have been extremely efficient and sensitive to my son's needs and also very proactive.
We cannot fault them in any way.
