Having the carers has allowed me to stay in my own home for which I am truly grateful.

We have been with Visiting Angels for a couple of years, with, lots of help and suport -they have made my life so much easier with their care for my mum. x

I have been with the angels about 3 mths and find them wonderful. The two carers we have are brilliant, and look after our needs perfect.

Visiting Angels are excellent with their care. All of the staff care for their clients; they go above and beyond their duties and could not manage without them.

Our experience has been helpful and comforting to know they are there.

After my hip replacement, I could not have wished for a better team of people to help me or my recovery- every one of them were truly angels who actually cared and were not only professional and polite at all times but always turned up on time and at the same time I truly couldn't have coped without them and although I am now fully on the road to recovery I am going to miss them. From the moment I picked up the phone to the manager and asked for some support I knew I was in the right hands. I cannot praise this company enough and they definitely live up to their name that they truly are visiting angels.

I highly recommend this business, they exheed in everything they do for your company. The care and compasion is exemplary. Strong communication and skills to support patients and family. The patient is only here today through the outstanding care given.

My Mum has really benefitted from the caring service provided by Visiting Angels. Initially, my brother and I only really wanted to make sure that Mum saw somebody to interact with, but the services such as help with shopping, visiting the library, medicines, application of skin salve, housework and all the day-to-day things which she struggles with have been a God-send.

Dad was very very reluctant to have any kind of care at all. The family persuaded him to at least try Visiting Angels as they had been recommended by a family friend. Having them visit 3 times a week for an hour has made a magnificent difference to dads well being and outlook. Although the care isn't every day we feel that if required we can get the support we need and dad will feel comfortable. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Mums care is excellent and the office staff always available if we need to make any changes to mums care plan. The Angels are always on time and ensure that mum gets a warm meal everyday and her personal care always managed with respect and dignity. I would recommend this company highly as it gives me peace of mind knowing that someone is taking care of mum and she doesn't need to go into a care home.

Their support has been a life-saver to me and I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I am completely satisfied with the care I am receiving. All the carers do their best to please and provide the service I require.

My sister's and I have been very pleased with the support my mum has received from the Visiting Angels. Mum really appreciates their help. Since becoming deaf we know that Mum's care has become even more complicated. I think a particular member of staff should be named a Saint! Mum particularly enjoys her visits from a particular carer who shares a lot of banter with Mum, while providing extra treats when Mum can't go out. Thank you everyone.

It's a great comfort from my point of view, especially with living so far away, to know that the care she is receiving from your staff is superb.

My wife has been receiving care from Visiting Angels Lytham St Annes. The care is consistent and outstanding. I would highly recommend Visiting Angels, especially the carer who has gone above and beyond caring for my wife.

The team listened to my description of my mother's needs and have delivered what was required in a thoroughly professional manner. They have succeeded in building a rapport and trust with her, which can be difficult. They have been flexible with curtailing visits when visitors are at the house. The app has been a useful means to keep informed about the daily visits. The team have suggested changes to the care plan as my mother's needs have varied.

The app enabled us to keep up to date on my father-in-law’s care and was an extra layer of reassurance. Management were always on the end of the phone or a message. They helped to reduce the risks in my father-in-law’s flat by suggesting safety measures and aids and adaptations. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for home care. The manager even delivered an excellent workshop on dementia which was very informative.
