After my hip replacement, I could not have wished for a better team of people to help me or my recovery- every one of them were truly angels who actually cared and were not only professional and polite at all times but always turned up on time and at the same time I truly couldn't have coped without
them and although I am now fully on the road to recovery I am going to miss them. From the moment I picked up the phone to the manager and asked for some support I knew I was in the right hands. I cannot praise this company enough and they definitely live up to their name that they truly are visiting angels.

I highly recommend this business, they exheed in everything they do for your company. The care and compasion is exemplary. Strong communication and skills to support patients and family. The patient is only here today through the outstanding care given.

My Mum has really benefitted from the caring service provided by Visiting Angels. Initially, my brother and I only really wanted to make sure that Mum saw somebody to interact with, but the services such as help with shopping, visiting the library, medicines, application of skin salve, housework and
all the day-to-day things which she struggles with have been a God-send.

Visiting Angels have adapted their care as my mum's health has declined. Donna has a wealth of experience and has helped me and my
Sister with my Mum's care package which has evolved.
We are very grateful for the team and so is my
Mum who really enjoys all the carers who look after her- take her
out, provide companionship as well as make sure she takes her medication and eats well.
We are very lucky to have found the team. Thank you

Since joining Visiting Angels Jamie has enjoyed the company of a number of carers.
He looks forward to his visits which enables him to go out in the community ie. visiting local shops and pub.
Going out has increased his outlook and improved his overall wellbeing.

Dad was very very reluctant to have any kind of care at all. The family persuaded him to at least try Visiting Angels as they had been recommended by a family friend. Having them visit 3 times a week for an hour has made a magnificent difference to dads well being and outlook. Although the care
isn't every day we feel that if required we can get the support we need and dad will feel comfortable. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Mums care is excellent and the office staff always available if we need to make any changes to mums care plan. The Angels are always on time and ensure that mum gets a warm meal everyday and her personal care always managed with respect and dignity. I would recommend this company highly as it
gives me peace of mind knowing that someone is taking care of mum and she doesn't need to go into a care home.

My Mum, Mary has been a client of Visiting Angels since September 2024, with daily morning visits. My Mum has mixed dementia but with VA help, lives independently. The morning visit just gets her day started well with company and prompting for personal hygiene, fresh clothes as well as preparing
breakfast , a sandwich for lunch and a suitable ready meal which she is able to microwave for herself.
Mum has loved all of the visiting carers and always seems to be cheerful , exchanging stories from her life.
Their support has been a life-saver to me and I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

My sister's and I have been very pleased with the support my mum has received from the Visiting Angels. Mum really appreciates their help. Since becoming deaf we know that Mum's care has become even more complicated. I think a particular member of staff should be named a Saint! Mum particularly
enjoys her visits from a particular carer who shares a lot of banter with Mum, while providing extra treats when Mum can't go out. Thank you everyone.

I can not speak highly enough of Visiting Angels. You have made my mother's days full of enjoyment, and I know she looks forward to the carers who are visiting her. They take the time to talk to her.
Mum really enjoys his amazing meals he prepares for her and he has the ability of making everything
around her special and at ease.
It's a great comfort from my point of view, especially with living so far away, to know that the care she is receiving from your staff is superb.

Without doubt I don't think I would have survived if not for the wonderful care and attention during my stay with the carer at Visiting Angels in my home.
Medically with damaged spinal cord injury, losing my wife, fractured hip and horrible depression if not foe my care at home from the carer and
the management team.
If not for her and Visiting Angels I would not be sending this review.
Now I can look forward a future and with the special friendly care I have a few years left.

My wife has been receiving care from Visiting Angels Lytham St Annes. The care is consistent and outstanding. I would highly recommend Visiting Angels, especially the carer who has gone above and beyond caring for my wife.

The team listened to my description of my mother's needs and have delivered what was required in a thoroughly professional manner. They have succeeded in building a rapport and trust with her, which can be difficult. They have been flexible with curtailing visits when visitors are at the house. The
app has been a useful means to keep informed about the daily visits. The team have suggested changes to the care plan as my mother's needs have varied.

From the minute the manager came to meet us and my father-in-law, we have received the highest level of care. The angels have been very flexible with our needs, listened to what we want and offered an above and beyond service.
The app enabled us to keep up to date on my father-in-law’s care and was
an extra layer of reassurance. Management were always on the end of the phone or a message. They helped to reduce the risks in my father-in-law’s flat by suggesting safety measures and aids and adaptations. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for home care. The manager even delivered an excellent workshop on dementia which was very informative.

We are delighted with these carers. They visit my mother-in-law once daily, ensuring she has taken her medication, preparing meals each day, and generally helping her with her personal needs. She looks forward to her visits and finds the company friendly and reassuring. The feedback on the app is
brilliant for us as we can just access and get details of the visits. They are very accommodating and will help with whatever we ask of them. Overall, she is a lot happier, which, in turn, makes us a lot happier knowing she is so well looked after.
