My wife suffers from a very progressive brain disease PSP. Being her full time carer and never experienced an illness of this magnitude I turned to Visiting Angels for help and support. The professional and homely service can not be faulted. From the very beginning our relationship with all the staff
from the M D, the Manager and the carer herself has been first class and gives both my wife and I much comfort in these difficult times.. Businesses such as this rely on people, people who understand, are reliable and who you feel they are there just for you and Visiting Angels personnel East Lancashire have all those qualities in abundance. Faultless and can be highly recommended to anyone who is in need of their services.

Came across Visiting Angels from a poster in the local GP surgery. Needed urgent care for my Mum after she fractured her wrist following a fall. We really wanted some consistency in the carers coming in and also the times of the visits so decided to choose a private company. Found the staff we spoke
to very caring and professional. They did a site visit and settled my mum with the carer. Very happy so far with the service provided.

When my mum broke her arm we wondered how we would cope living some distance away. I am grateful that my sister saw a poster for Visiting Angels in the GP surgery and made a note of the details. Mum is very independent and frustrated about her arm but Visiting Angels are making it bearable for her.
We are immensely thankful that we have someone we can trust looking after her. From that first phone call, they took care of everything and I can finally stop worrying 24/7.

In the care industry, the quality of the people employed is paramount, and everyone we have dealt with at Visiting Angels has been fantastic, from the people in the office to the carers who came to our home. The care given to my wife has been superb, with genuine empathy shown and proper concern for
her wellbeing. Plus an hour's care lasts for 60 minutes, not the 50 minutes that some agencies provide per hour. The paperwork and invoices have been clear and accurate. In addition, Visiting Angels were happy to fit in with our time schedule rather than come at times that suited them. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We organized a two hour personal care visit 8-10 each morning for my mum who has Alzheimer's disease - this lasted about three weeks from losing my dad until mum got a care home place, a very difficult time. Visiting Angels arranged for two lady carers to cover all the visits, one for five days per
week and the other for two, so we had good consistency and not random carers turning up. Both the ladies were great with mum and she liked them from the start, we could not have asked for anything more and would not hesitate to use them again if needed.

I recently had to find a care agency to help with my mother's care. I found visiting angels from the CQC website. They have been most helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They did a site visit and made a plan which fitted in with my mother's needs. They gave me access to a system where I was able
to see what had been done within the visit. They took time to sit and chat to my mother who is house bound and went above and beyond what was asked for. I couldn't thank them enough for everything.

We're truly touched to hear that Visiting Angels provided such dedicated and compassionate care for your mother. It's heartening to know that the team took the time to not only meet her physical needs but also to connect with her personally, especially as she's housebound. The care planning and transparency through their system seem to have offered you both peace of mind and confidence in their service. Your feedback is a wonderful reminder of the difference thoughtful care can make.

Visiting Angels have been lovely with my elderly frail mum. They help with her personal care (eg showering and cream applications). They also help with household chores and making a drink and breakfast. They sit and chat with mum too as social interaction is so important for wellbeing. They are a lovely
friendly team who keep in touch regularly to keep is updated. I would definitely recommend them if you need care for an elderly relative.

When Mums needs changed and required support it was difficult to know which care agency to go to. Both my sister and I looked at so many and then we came across Visiting Angels. From the very first meeting with the manager she made us feel comfortable and assured that Mum would be cared for the way
we would look after her ourselves. The kindness, compassion and understanding was and remains incredible. Mum absolutely adores the carers and looks forward to them visiting her. They know her so well and make every effort to get to know her, her likes, interests etc. She recently needed more care as her needs had changed again and the Angels just stepped up again.
I have worked in the NHS for 40 years and can honestly say the staff are incredible, kind, compassionate and go above and beyond on a daily basis. We couldn't manage without them and their support is amazing. I could not recommend them enough. Thank you for all you do. We were so lucky to have found you xx

When we realised that Mum needed support, I didn't think a care company that truly does care existed until I came across visiting angels. When I first made the call to the manager she was so kind, compassionate and really understood the decision we had to make as a family. The manager came to meet with
mum, me and my sister and talked to mum with respect and explained and tailored the care package to suit mums needs. They made sure that the right carer was placed for mums needs and that mum was happy with them. They treat mum like she's part of their family. They are so respectful, kind, considerate and take the time needed with her and mum loves them coming. They go above and beyond they have taken her out for shopping/lunch and will do what ever is asked of them to support mum. I cannot recommend them enough they are amazing. They truly are Angels.

I discovered Visiting Angels East Lancs via social media as I was wanting a reliable and caring company to look after my dad after a long hospital stay.
It was recommended by a few people. I rang them and the day my dad came home from hospital the care was put in place straightaway.
Since then they
send carers four times a day to meet my dads needs and to be truthful have always gone the extra mile to keep him happy. They treat him as though he is family which is lovely to see
Nothing seems too much trouble.
I highly recommend them and the carers and the management are fantastic too.
