The experience with visiting angels has been exceptional. Mum was happy and looked forward to their visits. I was kept informed of any concerns and the information accessible via the app was very detailed, which meant I knew exactly how mum was doing.

Care started with VISITING ANGELS when my mother had recurring falls in July. We were worried about her getting up out of bed on her own. Since the care has started with VISITING ANGELS, we have the peace of mind that we can go round and visit and she'll be fine and we won't have to worry so much about
her mobility.


Myself and my sister cannot fault the care from all staff involved in her care, including management. Outstanding service, attention to detail, great manners and overall communication.


The Birdie app is very useful as it gives great insights to how care is going for my mother.

Mum was obviously anxious and concerned about having to rely on carers and have the carers into her home delivering personal care.
What a change the carers have made.mum is less anxious and in fact is relaxed and comfortable with her carers.
She looks forward to their visits and is very pleased with
activities they under take.
A happy mum makes for happy relatives they have made a significant difference to all of our lives.

Visiting Angels provided care for my mother-in-law for a 4 week period following knee replacement surgery. The initial contact to explore support options was most professional whilst being carried out in a very friendly manner. The support package was developed together with the team really understanding
our needs. The care team called on a twice daily basis, they were reliable, punctual and very attentive to my mother-in-laws needs with nothing being too much trouble. My mother-in-law really enjoyed the visits from the care team with the key standout being how personable and friendly everyone was. I couldn't speak highly enough of the service provided and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone requiring either short term or ongoing support

Visiting Angels is just so the correct name for them, as they are all angels. The care they have provided for my 85 year old mum has been second to none, whether helping to get her up, making her lunch or just sitting and having natter together. She called them all "her ladies" and with one special
friendship she struck up with " Mrs Top Knot". I can not recommend them highly enough, if anyone mentions they are looking for care, I always tell them about the Angels. Unfortunately my mum needs full time care now, so we have had to say goodbye

Set up a care package of 2 calls a day initially to assist my 86 year old mother following a hospital stay, with food prep, meds, and personal care, along with companionship. Within a very short period of time she was calling them 'my girls' and absolutely loves their visits. It wasn't long before my
dad got on board with them, having some care for himself too. Every VA treats them with the utmost respect, and their caring nature made what is quite a difficult situation to accept a whole lot easier. Also they have all been a tremendous support to myself recently during a difficult time with my parents.

I was recommended to Visiting Angels by a neighbour. We were looking for a carer to visit my father (aged 89) at his home on a daily basis. He had just come out of hospital and his mobility was getting worse. We needed them to help with his meds/breakfast in the mornings and lunch prep at midday. My
father has always reluctantly accepted he needs help but the Visiting Angels team won him over in no time. Without them, my father would not have been able to live in his own home. In addition and perhaps more importantly they provided much-needed companionship to him on their daily visits and subsequently he has developed a strong bond with them. Initially, they visited for two hours every day but on occasion, he needed an additional visit and they were always able to help. They genuinely care for your loved one like a member of your family. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Visiting Angels have provided Care for both my parents since early 2023. My dad passed away in 2023 so that just left Mum on her own after 70 years of marriage. She's a very independent women but at 93 needs help and care every day. We chose Visiting Angels after considering other providers and it proved
to be absolutely the right choice.
The Care Team are really fantastic, they visit twice a day morning and early evening providing everything she needs at meal time whilst at the same time involving Mum in lots of conversation and laughs. All the Care staff are really excellent from the people in the office to the Carers who visit Mum, nothing is to much trouble for any of them and they go out of there way to accommodate any rapid changes in requirements.
Angels have removed a lot of worry and stress for me personally as being an only child I really needed somebody who could do just that and they did! I cant recommend them highly enough.

Visiting Angels were recommended to us and we are eternally grateful. We are fortunate that we only need them 2 nights a week at the moment for respite for myself and my husband.
My father in law has 3 carers and they never attend without being introduced to him first. They are always punctual and
lovely and chatty with him. He really looks forward to seeing them and whilst he does have a favourite, they are all superb.
The management team are also exceptional and accommodating. On the very rare occasion when there has been a tiny issue they are receptive and prompt to respond. Nothing is too much trouble.
The ambassador is amazing for her service and she and her team deserve all the praise and rave reviews they get.. can't recommend highly enough.

I can't recommend Visiting Angels highly enough, the carers are always timely and courteous, showing genuine compassion and care for my mum and always treating her with respect and dignity. My mum loves all her carers and has built an excellent rapport with them since commencing her care and now wouldn't
be without them. I find the app a godsend as it allows me to keep up to date with all visits and provides an excellent overview of each visit and the interactions with my mother. It's not just the care, although this is second to none, I love the fact that my mum never receives a visit from someone she has never met before. Not only are the carers excellent but the back office support is also outstanding, dealing with any query or request professionally, courteously, and efficiently. I never feel out of the loop and their contact or correspondence is always timely and informative, hitting the right tone between friendly and professional. I would most definitely recommend Visiting Angels

Visiting Angels have been supporting Mum, who is 91 and living with dementia - and ourselves - for just over two years. Their care for Mum has been exceptional, we always felt that her wellbeing and safety were at the heart of everything. The kindness and care for Mum was evident from everyone we interacted
with, every enquiry, every request for help/guidance was responded to immediately - we always felt welcome and never a nuisance
Mum really enjoyed their visits and trips out, they were fun, caring and creative
The Angel's App is a terrific tool, enabling all of the family to see how Mum was - and what they had been doing each visit day, so useful and important
The Angel's guidance to support us with Mum's dementia was really appreciated, including helping us to recognise that it was now time to consider 24-hour care support.

If I could give this company a higher rating, I would. I cannot praise them enough.
The Angels are just that, Angels. They are always cheerful and happy. They are reliable, dependable and adaptable.
I like that they tend to be more mature people with their own life skills.
Common sense is a rare
commodity, and these people have it in abundance.
There is always a willingness to go above and beyond, with a smile.
The relationship between the client and Angel develops quickly because they are so passionate about their job and their clients, they really care.
I never have a problem contacting Head Office, no hanging on listening to awful music. Communication is really good.

This company has been a lifesaver for my mother and also myself and our family. They do what they say they will arrive when they say they will, and clearly have my mother's best interests at the heart of their care.
They are always approachable and Mum has developed a clear bond with the ladies who
are her main carers. This is despite her dementia gathering apace.
Keeping my mother at home where she is surrounded by familiar things is vital for her well-being and Visiting Angels are the key to this happening.

Visiting Angels have been visiting my mum (91-years-old) who lives with my sister (visually impaired) since April of this year. I will be forever indebted for their support, care and involvement in their challenging situation and have already shared this with the team.
We are ever indebted to the business
owner who flexed visits on a sixpence and who quickly understood our predicament when my mum was taken poorly with an infection during August.
I cannot compliment this team highly enough, they are truly amazing people, right the way throughout their organisation!
In order to provide further clarity on my position, this team is second to none!

I cannot thank Visiting Angels enough for the care and support they gave to my Mum over the last eighteen months. They helped to change my Mum's outlook on life. From not wanting to go out at all to looking forward to trips out. The carers were so kind and supportive, nothing was too much trouble.
Communication with management is good. Access to visit notes via an app is useful and reassuring.
I would not hesitate to recommend Visiting Angels to anyone who needs care for a loved one.

Visiting Angels has been part of our Father's life since February 2024.
The staff are very caring, compassionate and meticulous, the attention to detail is excellent, the carers are totally reliable and friendly and show great compassion and professionalism.
We feel totally confident with the care
Dad is receiving from the wonderful carers and the efficient and supportive administration from her and her managers. Dad is also delighted and feels secure and well cared for. He loves the fact that there is continuity in the staff that visit. He has built up very good relationships with them. We also really appreciate the continuity of staff and the fantastic communication that we have with both carers and managers.
We are delighted and thankful we have found such a wonderful caring and professional organisation as Visiting Angels.

Visiting Angels have changed our family’s life for the better in every way. The care is outstanding and I feel confident knowing my father is being cared for by the best. He is bursting with compliments for his carers with every visit. The management has resolved every issue and are so helpful with

As years passed, I decided to try Domiciliary Care and got a job within a company where I slowly made my way up to the Care Co-ordinator role. I spent many happy years there liaising with social workers and families of the clients we delivered care to.


During my career I have worked in several establishments gaining experience along the way, I have been a private nanny for a family who looked after me well and I accompanied them on their family holidays and would also do some extra babysitting for them a few evenings a week, again I spent many happy years with them up to the point the children were starting school. I have also supported young people with complex needs, but after having my own children, I felt I couldn’t carry out my role to support children with complex needs on a part-time basis and needed something more flexible to work around my children, which led me to Visiting Angels.


I started my VA journey as a Caregiver during the month of November 2020 the year Visiting Angels opened their doors, and now have worked my way up to being a Care Team Leader. I am currently learning my new role and I hope to gain more experience along the way. I enjoy aiding people and maintaining their independence in their own homes all whilst delivering the best possible care.
