I'm really happy with visiting angels they are all friendly and warming. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a home care provider. The care they provide is amazing and personal to the person they care for they treat them like family.

As always very happy with my mothers carers who have provided superb support both before and after her surgical procedure this month, going in specially early to help her get ready and making sure she was comfortable afterwards. Always sensitive to her needs and proactive in communicating anything we need to know. It makes all the difference both to her and to us.

Visiting Angels have cared for my mum for the past three months. They have been brilliant with supporting her at home after a hospital stay after a fall. They set up the care package very quickly and Mum's very happy with the carers. The office team are really good with keeping us updated with Mum's needs and changes.

As a personal carer of a client, I can say and attest that all of the carers are very nice, kind and lovely. One of the carers is very flexible to her work, she assists me very well. She provides a good care service to the client. She treated me nicely and the most important thing she treated the client with dignity and with passion.

The team at Visiting Angels have offered and continues to offer very good care to my mum. They are knowledgeable about providing elderly care and have supported me with advice to best support my mum. Her main carer is very considerate and kind to Mum and treats her with dignity. The carers have been flexible and accommodating when trying to meet her sometimes contrary and changeable needs. The manager keeps me informed about Mum's wants and needs and sensitively shares any concerns with me. Their support gives me peace of mind during a difficult time.

The care provided by Visiting Angels is excellent. The carers are very kind, thoughtful and conscientious. They dealt with any tasks necessary to assist with my mother's care from transport to cooking and personal care.

We used Visiting Angels for some four months to provide support for Mum before she needed to go into a home. After a thorough initial assessment, they were able to start within a week. Mum had a small number of regular carers so was able to get to know them. The carers were punctual, behaved professionally and seemed to have the training and experience appropriate to Mum's needs. On one occasion when a carer arrived to find Mum on the floor, she was able to get her comfortable and stayed with Mum until an ambulance arrived, well beyond her allotted time. Management was always available and responsive and communication was good. Our experience with Visiting Angels has been positive and we recommend their services.

Grandma had a fall at home and although she was initially reluctant to have carers in her home, within a few weeks, she looked forward to the carers coming around. Communication between myself and the office is great, as they always keep me updated with any changes. Would recommend them as they give the family peace of mind, as we don't live locally.

My dad had a fall at home and was kept in hospital for two weeks. When he was released, we were given a care package by the hospital. They were extremely unprofessional, so we brought in Visiting Angels, and everything has changed for the better. They are always on time, and the carers are brilliant. Just wanted to say what an excellent set of people Visiting Angels are there were issues on release dates from hospital but they provided great advice and were there throughout helping, even though it wasn't their job. I can't say enough how wonderful they have been. I have used other care companies before but they would just do the bare minimum. They definitely are the best company around. So much love.
