I'm really happy with visiting angels they are all friendly and warming. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a home care provider. The care they provide is amazing and personal to the person they care for they treat them like family.

We can't praise the carers enough, they are visiting angels. A particular carer has made a connection with my husband that improves his mood. Another carer is so cheerful, and efficient with her work time, making her visit a joy.
The company has listened to our concerns, adapted to our needs.

have no hesitation in recommending the company for caring needs.

As always very happy with my mothers carers who have provided superb support both before and after her surgical procedure this month, going in specially early to help her get ready and making sure she was comfortable afterwards. Always sensitive to her needs and proactive in communicating anything
we need to know. It makes all the difference both to her and to us.

Visiting Angels have been superb. My father suddenly found himself in hospital and needed care at home. He wanted to stay in his house so we were recommended Visiting Angels by a friend. They have been amazing - so understanding concerning Dad's needs and always going one step further in spending
time chatting to him after their allotted hour! Regular updates and contact with me made life so much easier and took the worrying away. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you.

All the carers were very friendly and helpful. They were happy to do any tasks and were very respectful.
They were always punctual and can do small errands as required.

Visiting Angels have cared for my mum for the past three months. They have been brilliant with supporting her at home after a hospital stay after a fall. They set up the care package very quickly and Mum's very happy with the carers. The office team are really good with keeping us updated with Mum's
needs and changes.

From the initial phone call they were friendly and helpful and within the hour of me saying yes to their service they were at the hospital to meet me and arrange a start date. The carers who came to me when I arrived home were always cheerful and most helpful. I was able to reduce the number of
visits as my injury progressed and it was no bother to them. They also organised transport to and from the hospital.
Strongly recommend them.

As a personal carer of a client, I can say and attest that all of the carers are very nice, kind and lovely. One of the carers is very flexible to her work, she assists me very well. She provides a good care service to the client. She treated me nicely and the most important thing she treated the
client with dignity and with passion.

The team at Visiting Angels have offered and continues to offer very good care to my mum. They are knowledgeable about providing elderly care and have supported me with advice to best support my mum. Her main carer is very considerate and kind to Mum and treats her with dignity. The carers have been
flexible and accommodating when trying to meet her sometimes contrary and changeable needs. The manager keeps me informed about Mum's wants and needs and sensitively shares any concerns with me. Their support gives me peace of mind during a difficult time.

The care provided by Visiting Angels is excellent. The carers are very kind, thoughtful and conscientious. They dealt with any tasks necessary to assist with my mother's care from transport to cooking and personal care.

We used Visiting Angels for some four months to provide support for Mum before she needed to go into a home. After a thorough initial assessment, they were able to start within a week. Mum had a small number of regular carers so was able to get to know them. The carers were punctual, behaved
professionally and seemed to have the training and experience appropriate to Mum's needs. On one occasion when a carer arrived to find Mum on the floor, she was able to get her comfortable and stayed with Mum until an ambulance arrived, well beyond her allotted time. Management was always available and responsive and communication was good. Our experience with Visiting Angels has been positive and we recommend their services.

Grandma had a fall at home and although she was initially reluctant to have carers in her home, within a few weeks, she looked forward to the carers coming around. Communication between myself and the office is great, as they always keep me updated with any changes. Would recommend them as they give
the family peace of mind, as we don't live locally.

My dad had a fall at home and was kept in hospital for two weeks. When he was released, we were given a care package by the hospital. They were extremely unprofessional, so we brought in Visiting Angels, and everything has changed for the better. They are always on time, and the carers are
brilliant. They can't do enough for my dad. Would recommend it to anyone if you require care for the family.

We have been using Visiting Angels for the past four months and are extremely happy with the care and service they provide. We have met several of the staff, but have two young ladies that are with us on a regular basis, both of whom are punctual, polite and very friendly. My client enjoys the time
that he spends with them and I feel confident he is being well looked after. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anybody looking into this kind of service.

I cannot thank Visiting Angels Buckinghamshire enough for getting my family out of a predicament when my grandfather needed a live-in carer on extremely short notice. Within 24-hours, Visiting Angels Buckinghamshire carried out a full assessment and explained thoroughly what service they would
provide. This alleviated any concerns we had during a stressful period and assured us the confidence that our grandfather will be treated with the utmost care. Over the last 4-months, the Visiting Angels Buckinghamshire management team have been in regular contact and confirmed if any changes were required to the care provided, which was very assuring as it definitely showed that they care and it is not just a business to them.

Visiting Angels was a lifeline for me and my family! Dad's health has seriously deteriorated over the past few years. We have been let down so many times by other care companies, that we honestly lost faith in ever finding anyone who we could trust, but that all changed once we came across this
company. From the very start, they have been very professional in how they dealt with us and very understanding of Dad's complex needs. We were introduced to the carer first hand, something we never experienced with other care providers. Instantly she built a good rapport with Dad making us feel at ease. Both carers and managers have always been there for us and truly appreciate all the support in my dad's care. All I know is my dad seems much more happy now and looks forward to his weekly outings into town and I also get to spend more quality time with my kids and take on new hobbies now that I have the time to do so. Visiting Angels, have truly lifted some of the burden off our shoulders. Thank you!

Just wanted to say what an excellent set of people Visiting Angels are there were issues on release dates from hospital but they provided great advice and were there throughout helping, even though it wasn't their job. I can't say enough how wonderful they have been. I have used other care companies
before but they would just do the bare minimum. They definitely are the best company around. So much love. Another thank you.
