Overall Experience

I would highly recommend Visiting Angels Northern Ireland. The staff are friendly, professional and always punctual. They have been fantastic at interacting with my sister, showing patience, kindness and genuine care throughout every visit. It is clear that they take pride in what they do and always make her feel comfortable and valued. We are very happy with the service and really appreciate all the support they provide.

Overall Experience

We've been so happy with the care Mum has received from Visiting Angels. Having the same carer each time has made such a difference. Mum knows her and feels comfortable with her and genuinely looks forward to her visits. We also really like being able to use Birdie to see the visit updates and know how Mum has been. It gives us that extra bit of reassurance when we can't be there ourselves.

The carers really are angels very kind, patient and genuinely caring. We're so grateful for the support they give Mum and the peace of mind it gives our family.

Overall Experience

We have received a superb service from visiting angels since I reached out to them in August.
The team have been incredibly responsive and professional. I have found their approach to the client & carer matching process to be diligent and thoughtful.

I have experienced excellent communication from them and most importantly my parents are extremely grateful for the considered care and support provided by their "visiting angel".

Overall Experience

Visiting Angels have provided me with truly excellent care for the second year running.
I required a short period of care due to a lifelong disability while my parents, who are normally my carers, were away on holiday. During this time, I was cared for by two different carers, both of whom were extremely helpful and genuinely keen to understand my individual needs and the level of support I required.
They also offered to help with any light housekeeping duties I needed, which was extremely thoughtful and of real practical assistance.

Something I particularly appreciated was that both carers were happy to spend time simply chatting with me. As I am not used to spending the day at home on my own, having that companionship made a real difference and helped prevent me from feeling lonely. It may seem like a small thing, but I believe this personal touch is a particularly valuable quality in home care, and I benefited from it enormously. Very highly recommended.

Very friendly, supportive and caring staff. Understanding and accommodating. Easy to contact and work with when changing hours, tasks etc. The app is very helpful. Its reassuring to receive clear and prompt updates on how each visit goes. If asked I would recommend the service!
