Thank you for taking time to write this. The part about your family's quality of life is what stands out. Care that only works for the client isn't really working - the people around them should get some of their life back too. Glad it's landed that way. I'll pass it to the carers.

I required a short period of care due to a lifelong disability while my parents, who are normally my carers, were away on holiday. During this time, I was cared for by two different carers, both of whom were extremely helpful and genuinely keen to understand my individual needs and the level of support I required.
They also offered to help with any light housekeeping duties I needed, which was extremely thoughtful and of real practical assistance.
Something I particularly appreciated was that both carers were happy to spend time simply chatting with me. As I am not used to spending the day at home on my own, having that companionship made a real difference and helped prevent me from feeling lonely. It may seem like a small thing, but I believe this personal touch is a particularly valuable quality in home care, and I benefited from it enormously. Very highly recommended.
Thank you for taking the time to write this, and for thinking of us again this year. It is always a pleasure to meet you in person, and I am glad the arrangements worked well for you. The point you make about companionship is not a small one at all - time to sit and talk is part of the job here...
Thank you for taking the time to write this, and for thinking of us again this year. It is always a pleasure to meet you in person, and I am glad the arrangements worked well for you. The point you make about companionship is not a small one at all - time to sit and talk is part of the job here rather than something squeezed in around the tasks, and we plan our visits with that in mind. I will pass your comments to the carer who will be delighted to read.
Girls very pleasant and helpful they came very promptly and I was pleased to see them. We are so grateful for a firm such as this when families are in need of help.

Thank you for this. Families usually come to us at a difficult point so being prompt, capable and easy to have in the house is the least we can offer. It is good to hear that was your experience, and your comments will be passed to the team.
Very friendly, supportive and caring staff. Understanding and accommodating. Easy to contact and work with when changing hours, tasks etc. The app is very helpful. Its reassuring to receive clear and prompt updates on how each visit goes. If asked I would recommend the service!

Thank you - this is lovely to read. You've picked up on the thing we care about most: that it isn't one standout carer, but the whole team turning up with the same standard every visit. That takes real effort from everyone involved, and your comments will mean a lot to them. Thank you for taking the time, and please contact the office whenever we can help.
Service so far had been impecable, the staff are here for more than hair and couldn't do more for you. They always make me laugh and always have enough time for me. They couldn't do more for you.
