Meet the Team (2)
I’m Sheena, Director of Visiting Angels Stirlingshire. Born and raised in Stirling, it only seemed right to start Visiting Angels Home Care in my home town. Caring has always been at the heart of everything I do with a wealth of experience in management and a desire to provide the best care across Stirlingshire and the surrounding areas. I’m passionate about changing the face of care across the country. By treating our carers well, we can ensure that our clients are receiving the care they deserve.
I’m Clare, Registered care Manager of Visiting Angels Stirling. Over the past 10 years, I’ve gained invaluable experience within the Health & Social sector supporting areas such as Care at Home, Care Homes, Complex Needs and Supported Living.
I pride myself that in the beginning I started as a caregiver and worked my way through the roles of area manager and registered manager, leading and developing care services in line with the Care Inspectorate quality framework.
My passion is to empower others, with values of respect and trust. It’s important to me that we treat others as we would want others to treat us.
Visiting angels carer centric ethos remains very important to me which embeds my focus and passion for our Visiting Angles family. Leading by example within our family team creates a positive work culture and ensures our Visiting Angels family feel supported and empowered to deliver the highest quality of care within our sector.
