Visiting Angels East Dorset

We use Visiting Angels to enable our mother to continue living in her own home. They help her with showering dressing and preparation of meals. The carers are exceptionally caring and very professional. They make our mum feel very comfortable and other reassurance when she is anxious.

Visiting Angels have made such a difference to my mothers health. She has improved so much after she came out of hospital. The Angels are all very caring and do a brilliant job. From the start they have helped me in dealing with NHS care or no care when she came out of hospital. They are easy to contact and efficient. I would highly recommend Visiting Angels.

We contacted Visiting Angels to pick up some care for my Mum in the last few months of her life. The carers were all fantastic, punctual, friendly and super kind - taking my Mum out for short trips to see the sea when she was up to it. The office staff were always really helpful and willing to find a solution when we had gaps in care at short notice. Visiting Angels supported us and made it possible for my Mum to remain at home which was really important to us - I can not thank them enough.

I have had Visiting Angels coming to care for me in my home for over a year now and I am very happy with the service they provide. I was with another company previously, who did not make me feel that I was listened to or valued as a customer. With Visiting Angels they understand how important it is for me to have a set number of carers who know me and my routine, give me information in a way that's preferable to me and make me feel listened to and respected.

Visiting Angels carers were really excellent. The management provided us with the same two lovely carers so that my husband got to know them and enjoyed their company and sense of humour. They were always punctual and very cheerful, as well as very caring and gentle. He was always very stimulated by their visits. I would highly recommend this company.

Visiting Angels are simply wonderful! I needed some support following a stay in hospital, as I was unable to lift anything. The angels were on time, willing and adaptable, end could not have done more for me. Having them, even for a short period, gave me peace of mind, which was very important in my recovery. I thoroughly recommend them and would use again if required.

I cannot speak highly enough about Visiting Angels Christchurch. All the carers have supported mum incredibly well on her road to recovery after breaking her hip in three places after a fall. I felt so comforted to know that mum would be in safe hands. Mum said today what a lovely group of ladies & how much she appreciates their support. Today, 1st May, is her 91st birthday, she has been nursed back to health. I cannot thank the team enough.

Mum's carer is a lovely young woman who is kind, helpful, bright, cheerful and a joy to have. We feel very lucky to have her and hope she can provide more and more care as Mum needs it.

The Angels go over and beyond their duties to assist my parents in all their needs whether this be helping with household chores or popping into the shop to get groceries. I am always kept fully informed of any concerns and everyone is always so cheerful and accommodating.

The Angels are cheerful, friendly, courteous, capable and very patient and kind. They are a pleasure to have in our house.

Very pleased with the help I receive during my three, one-hour visits per week. My carer has supported me in an understanding way after life-changing surgery and is excellent at spotting any concerns or problems that she feels need medical attention. I find it very reassuring to have someone outside the family that I can talk to. She also supports my wife and I with chores we now find difficult. Always smiling and willing to help.

Visiting Angels have been supplying care to my husband for the last five months. We have always found them very caring and always willing to help in any way. Nothing is too much trouble. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing care.
