Visiting Angels East Dorset and the New Forest is a 'quality at home care' provider. Visiting Angels provide an Angel companion who can help clients do the things that they want to do, helping to maintain independence in their own home.

Support is offered across East Dorset and the New Forest with visits from a single hour to several hours either day or night. The care is not rushed, hence the minimum visit of 1 hour. The caregivers are not overworked but are treated with the respect they deserve, for doing such a wonderful job.

They do not have a uniform, just their ID which means the client gets to know the person not a uniform. The client sees the same Angel on each visit and prior to that they actually meet and choose their Angel who is matched depending on interests, hobbies and character.

Visiting Angels are simply wonderful! I needed some support following a stay in hospital, as I was unable to lift anything. The angels were on time, willing and adaptable, end could not have done more for me. Having them, even for a short period, gave me peace of mind, which was very important in my
recovery. I thoroughly recommend them and would use again if required.

I cannot speak highly enough about Visiting Angels Christchurch. All the carers have supported mum incredibly well on her road to recovery after breaking her hip in three places after a fall. I felt so comforted to know that mum would be in safe hands. Mum said today what a lovely group of ladies &
how much she appreciates their support. Today, 1st May, is her 91st birthday, she has been nursed back to health. I cannot thank the team enough.

Visiting Angels is truly wonderful and provides my elderly parents with daily care, support, and companionship. I am not local to the area so knowing they are being cared for when I am not there is so reassuring. All the Angels are happy, kind, and helpful and my parents look forward to each visit.
Without Visiting Angels my parents would lose their independence in being able to still live at home.
The Angels go over and beyond their duties to assist my parents in all their needs whether this be helping with household chores or popping into the shop to get groceries. I am always kept fully informed of any concerns and everyone is always so cheerful and accommodating.

Very pleased with the help I receive during my three, one-hour visits per week. My carer has supported me in an understanding way after life-changing surgery and is excellent at spotting any concerns or problems that she feels need medical attention. I find it very reassuring to have someone outside
the family that I can talk to. She also supports my wife and I with chores we now find difficult. Always smiling and willing to help.

A first-class, caring service with excellent, well-trained staff.
Nothing is too much trouble.
It's the service you need to protect loved ones when they are at their most vulnerable. Taking this path has meant Mum has the comfort and security of being in her own home.
It's greatly reduced the pressure
on family members.
I have no hesitation in recommending Visiting Angles.

The manager and her lovely team looked after my elderly father-in-law when he came out of the hospital. Nothing was too much trouble, always smiling, chatty and interested in him.
Thankfully he has made a wonderful recovery and we would thoroughly recommend Visiting Angels - East Dorset.

I liked that the manager brought my carers to meet me as part of the introduction process. I cannot fault the care and attention they gave to me. Nothing was too much trouble. I am 92 years old, and everything I asked of them to do, they did willingly, such as cooking my lunch, cleaning tasks and ironing.
They were thorough and caring in whatever I asked of them. I would recommend having them at any time.

My daughter found Visiting Angels for us. My wife had been in hospital for five weeks and she could not come out until we had a care package in place. We are very pleased, all the carers that have come to us are great. I don't think we could have found a better company. Very happy.

The care provided by the Visiting Angels carer has been invaluable to my father, and us as a family, in maintaining his well-being and ability to continue living in his own environment, be it showering, bed changing, light domestic duties, having a cup of coffee and chat is as important to him as any
help he receives! Companionship is definitely a key part of his visits. Visiting Angels have been very professional and thoughtful in all their dealings with us, even to popping around to visit on his 100th Birthday!

I have nothing but praise for my Visiting Angels. They are kind and caring and nothing is too much trouble for them, always cheerful giving a huge boost to morale. Very reliable, nearly always on time and if there is any delay, they ring to let me know. The company looks after its carers, which is important,
making their schedules as convenient as possible for them with minimum travelling and other considerations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Visiting Angels to anyone.

As a family, we needed to find some care for Dad as he was a long way away and he has dementia, meaning he had trouble looking after himself, despite him not accepting this! It was the best decision we ever made. All the Angels have looked after Dad so well, despite some difficulties my dad brings to
the situation. They enabled him to stay at home much longer. They also brought us such peace of mind, knowing he was so cared for and safe.

Caring for people has always been present in both my personal and professional life. Growing up in Poland instilled in me strong family values and respect for the elderly, these values have remained with me throughout my life. Being able to support my loved ones means so much to me and having the chance to be a part of the Visiting Angels family has given me an opportunity to share my caring nature, not only with our wonderful clients and their families but also with our caregivers who are at the heart of everything we do.


My career prior to Visiting Angels includes retail customer service, an Ofsted registered childminder and more recently the NHS as a carer and later a community physiotherapist. Adding my customer focus skills to my experience in the NHS gives me confidence in dealing with the different needs of our clients and their families.

I continued to fly around the world as an airline Customer Service Manager until aviation was badly affected by Covid-19, at which point I lost the job I loved. However, a resulting move with my family from Brighton to New Milton, which I find to be a beautiful part of the world, has proved to be a great decision. I am now also living close to my elderly mum who requires some support and being nearby I can now take care of her. She is so happy and has a new lease of life!


Having spent much of my career taking care of people it seemed the obvious choice to bring Visiting Angels Quality at Home Care, along with my passion for customer service, and treating everyone as an individual to the community of East Dorset and the New Forest.


My partner who was an NHS worker during the pandemic has joined me on my mission to bring unrushed quality care and support to clients and their families.
