Very professional management always making sure things are running smoothly always checking things are okay. Lovely carers very kind friendly people. Always make sure the client is happy before leaving.
Visiting Angels have been visiting my mum (who is in a Carehome) 3 times a week since Dec. The carers have been brilliant. They are flexible in regards to what they do depending on mums mood/wishes but they generally go out: to shops, the library, a walk, a cafe etc. They visited mum when she was in hospital too. They are just so sensibly flexible where they can be. The carers are so invested in their clients. These are the people you want to be looking after your loved ones. I cannot recommend them highly enough. My mum loves her time with them and I know she is in safe hands.
Been with Visiting Angels quite a while and they are still maintaining a very high standard of care. The care team I have around me converse with me on my level and bring different skills to the mix in my home.
Thank you very much for your kind review. We will continue to strive to provide quality service. Carers love working with you and always look forward to your care visits.
The carers have developed a good relationship with my uncle and he's gaining benefit from their support.
Thank you for your excellent review. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond for all our clients and your uncle is a pleasure to work and look after.
Thank you all at Visiting Angels.
Thank you, Kerry, we appreciate the positive feedback and we will continue to provide the best possible care for Mum, she is a delight to look after and all the carers love her.
Visiting Angels have been responsible for the care of my mum for the past two months. Mum has always been a very independent person and despite her needs she has received excellent care for a great team of carers. Mum has four calls a day with two carers at each call. Visiting Angels was absolutely great in figuring out how to address her concerns, taking time to home in on the most suitable approaches. There is real warmth, trust and respect between her carers and her and they are all clearly very well trained and focus on her needs, wellbeing sense of independence and personal space. Mum loves all of her carers and is always saying how well looked after she is. I am kept informed of Mum's care all the time and this gives me time to make any informed decisions as required. Despite her deteriorating physical condition, the sensitive, caring expertise of Visiting Angels allows my mum to enjoy day-to-day life with dignity.
Visiting Angels are by far the best service we or Mum's assisted living establishment have encountered. All of Mum's carers are kind, professional and friendly, and any concerns are dealt with fully and promptly. Mum is having far more contented days than she was previously, and we attribute this mainly to Visiting Angels and their care. The managers in Mums assisted living facility have commented to us that they are also very impressed with Visiting Angels, and as they see many care agencies, we feel that this is a big compliment. Contact with the team is easy both ways, and communication is friendly and to the point. Nothing is too much trouble, and I feel that Mum gets the care we would wish to give her if we lived closer to her.
Thank you so much; this means a lot to the Visiting Angels family, knowing that we are providing services that meet our client's expectations. We will keep up the good work. Thanks once again.
My mum has blossomed and is happier and more relaxed since Visiting Angels started, after a ‘rushed impersonal approach’ by her last care agency. Visiting Angels are really making efforts to get to know her, she really likes all her carers and nothing is too much trouble, they do things if they see they need doing and go out of their way to support her with her preferences, such as getting to church and really do ‘care’ and definitely don’t rush her. My mum lives in assisted living accommodation and even the housekeepers there have commentated on how good and caring they are. I would like to have weekly feedback, such as how they found her in general, when her sheets were changed, etc. but this is just a personal preference, it is early days and I have yet to request this and they contact us if they have any concerns or are unsure about anything. Communication is very good if we call to ask something and they are always contactable. I have nothing but praise, this is how care should be.
We really appreciate the kind review, thank you. We are looking forward to continuing to provide that person-centered care for all our clients to improve their independence.
Excellent service! The man who gives me service with was very friendly, patient and helpful in helping, provide with good care helping me my daily needs. Management is good to keep eye on me make sure I'm fine.
Thank you for the kind review. The Visiting Angels family will continue to go above and beyond for all our clients and keep delivering and maintaining the highest standard of care at all times.
