My mom receives care by NDH Care and all service is excellent, everyone are very supportive and taking care of my mom very well.

Had an excellent care service from NDH Care. Since we move with NDH Care, we are having excellent support. Earlier having different care staff but since we inform them, maximum we seen the same care staff. Also they are taking care of my dad very well. I am not living with my dad, but it's peace of mind when care staff visits to my dad and taking care of him. Appreciate the hard work of care staff and the management staff.

From day one, their team showed not just professionalism, but real compassion and genuine warmth. Every carer who has visited has treated my mum with kindness, patience, and dignity. It's clear they go beyond just "doing a job" - they truly care. Communication with the office has always been smooth, and we feel fully involved in the care planning process. They've been responsive, flexible, and attentive to any changes in Mum's needs. It's hard to put into words what it means to see your parent not only safe, but content, cared for, and smiling - thanks to the people who support her each day. I can honestly say NDH Care has given us peace of mind and given my mother the respectful, quality care she deserves.

Really excellent care staff we are having for my dad every day in the morning and evening. They are maintaining privacy and dignity as well as communicating with my dad very well. The support from NDH Care is insane and really good care staff my dad has. All the time they are regular as well as maintain regular care staff.

The carer are coming to see my Dad and Mom and both carers are really excellent. Supporting my Mom & Dad every day and completing tasks according to the care plan. Excellently communicating with us very well. Preparing food and fluids as per choice, maintaining privacy and dignity as well.

I am really happy with the care staff. They are supporting me with my routine tasks and applying a cream on my legs to make sure it remains healthy. I love the care staff who are visiting to me because they are very professional and taking care of me very well. Supporting me very well and I am having the regular care staff as well, which I really appreciate. Manager is excellent as well and supporting us very well.

Good service, maintains call timings. Takes good care of client. Really good staff, maintaining privacy and dignity and prompting independence. Really good, love to have regular care staff.

We are happy with the way these carers are taking care of my husband. My husband is happy with the ones who are taking care of him and coming regularly and he understands the language as well. Thank you for the best carers.

Really helpful, could ask for anything. All carers are really good taking care of my husband. Really good carers and agency, maintaining privacy and dignity at all times, on time and provide the same carer who understands my husband.

This company started off good but that didn't last long. I had one very good carer but the rest were terrible. They would send a carer to my house who has no experience at all and I had to explain everything. The office staff couldn't even speak English. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am one of the service users and the care staff who are visiting me all are excellent care staff. They have done excellent moving and handling techniques to support me. One day in the morning, I was feeling sick and was not wanting the personal care and would like to sleep on the bed, but the care staff encouraged me to have the shower and she has handled me excellently with the moving and handling techniques. Later, I was feeling really good and filled with positive energy which I would like to appreciate the care staff. Also, all other care staff who visit me, everyone, is excellent, communicating with me in a polite manner and understanding me very well. The care staff maintained privacy and dignity to me as well. The manager is visiting me as well for observation of the care staff, he is quite young but passionate about care, which I am a bit surprised about but I do really appreciate his visit. I am happy that I am with NDH Care

Excellent care provider. NDH Care sends the care staff to take care of my mother and the care staff are fully trained and very less frequently to changing the care staff for my mother so we are in relaxing when the care staff visit us. I really like it and appreciate the care staff as well. Their management staff is also good and having very good relationship with us.
