We have been using NDH Care Leicester on and off since 2022, the carers are supportive, understanding, patient, thoughtful, fun, kind and treat our mum with the utmost dignity. The carers have been used as a sit in service for mum for upto 9 hours sometimes, so that I, as her daughter have peace of mind and know I can leave mum happy and safe and go somewhere for the day. When I have called management, they have been understanding, professional and organised or reorganised whatever it is I have requested.
I feel that their rates are reasonable and that we see the value through the care mum is provided.

It's hard to put into words what it means to see your parent not only safe, but content, cared for, and smiling - thanks to the people who support her each day. I can honestly say NDH Care has given us peace of mind and given my mother the respectful, quality care she deserves.

The carer are coming to see my Dad and Mom and both carers are really excellent. Supporting my Mom & Dad every day and completing tasks according to the care plan. Excellently communicating with us very well. Preparing food and fluids as per choice, maintaining privacy and dignity as well.
