I am one of the service users and the care staff who are visiting me all are excellent care staff. They have done excellent moving and handling techniques to support me.
One day in the morning, I was feeling sick and was not wanting the personal care and would like to sleep on the bed, but the care
staff encouraged me to have the shower and she has handled me excellently with the moving and handling techniques. Later, I was feeling really good and filled with positive energy which I would like to appreciate the care staff.
Also, all other care staff who visit me, everyone, is excellent, communicating with me in a polite manner and understanding me very well. The care staff maintained privacy and dignity to me as well. The manager is visiting me as well for observation of the care staff, he is quite young but passionate about care, which I am a bit surprised about but I do really appreciate his visit.

Excellent care provider. NDH Care sends the care staff to take care of my mother and the care staff are fully trained and very less frequently to changing the care staff for my mother so we are in relaxing when the care staff visit us. I really like it and appreciate the care staff as well. Their management
staff is also good and having very good relationship with us.
