The carer are friendly amd doing job well. All are excellent and working as per choice and preference. Always maintain privacy and dignity. Always come on time and communicate with service user. Follow PPE guidelines and follow the correct manual handling. Provide quality of care.

Had an excellent care service from NDH Care. Since we move with NDH Care, we are having excellent support. Earlier having different care staff but since we inform them, maximum we seen the same care staff. Also they are taking care of my dad very well. I am not living with my dad, but it's peace of mind when care staff visits to my dad and taking care of him. Appreciate the hard work of care staff and the management staff.

Really excellent care staff we are having for my dad every day in the morning and evening. They are maintaining privacy and dignity as well as communicating with my dad very well.
