I have received the most amazing care from my small group of carers. They are respectful, friendly and very good at their jobs. They interact really well with all my family which means a lot to me( my family too). All I can say is thank you so very very much for all you do for me and for always being
cheerful, it truly lifts my spirits. THANK YOU. I would truly recommend NDH health care to anyone needing homemade.

The carer are friendly amd doing job well. All are excellent and working as per choice and preference. Always maintain privacy and dignity. Always come on time and communicate with service user. Follow PPE guidelines and follow the correct manual handling. Provide quality of care.

The carers have been very professional and friendly looking after my mother. Mostly we have the same carers who are familiar with the set up. The admin staff have been very accommodating and understanding of our needs. Highly recommended.

Carers are very friendly and helpful. Office staff also tries to resolve any query I have efficiently.
Carers always try to come on time and make sure that my husband is relaxed and all duties have been done before finishing the call.

I'm happy with the care my husband receives from NDH. The carers are polite and respectful and he is most comfortable with the regular carers who understand his needs , especially for sitting care , as when l am unavailable, l can trust them to take care of him.This is most important to me .

They go above and beyond to ensure comfort, safety, and dignity are always maintained. Communication is excellent - they keep us informed and involved
every step of the way.


I would highly recommend NDH Care to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate, and high-quality care. There are lots of boys who work hard for my husband, they help us to do online shopping. Really happy with them especially-- ( Siddharth, Arif, mehul, Hardik and management Team.)

Had an excellent care service from NDH Care. Since we move with NDH Care, we are having excellent support. Earlier having different care staff but since we inform them, maximum we seen the same care staff. Also they are taking care of my dad very well. I am not living with my dad, but it's peace of
mind when care staff visits to my dad and taking care of him. Appreciate the hard work of care staff and the management staff.

From day one, their team showed not just professionalism, but real compassion and genuine warmth. Every carer who has visited has treated my mum with kindness, patience, and dignity. It's clear they go beyond just "doing a job" - they truly care.
Communication with the office has always been smooth,
and we feel fully involved in the care planning process. They've been responsive, flexible, and attentive to any changes in Mum's needs.
It's hard to put into words what it means to see your parent not only safe, but content, cared for, and smiling - thanks to the people who support her each day. I can honestly say NDH Care has given us peace of mind and given my mother the respectful, quality care she deserves.

The carer are coming to see my Dad and Mom and both carers are really excellent. Supporting my Mom & Dad every day and completing tasks according to the care plan. Excellently communicating with us very well. Preparing food and fluids as per choice, maintaining privacy and dignity as well.

This company started off good but that didn't last long. I had one very good carer but the rest were terrible. They would send a carer to my house who has no experience at all and I had to explain everything. The office staff couldn't even speak English. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
