They always have a smile and look happy whenever they come. The time keeping is excellent. They do ask if I need anything else doing. When cares finish they make sure everything is clean & tidy before they leave. Very pleased with the service.

Furthermore, the office team is incredibly understanding and accommodating. We all know that care needs can be fluid and unpredictable, but whenever we have had to request schedule or time changes, they always bend over backward to make it work. Their flexibility has been an absolute lifesaver for our family.

The carer are friendly amd doing job well. All are excellent and working as per choice and preference. Always maintain privacy and dignity. Always come on time and communicate with service user. Follow PPE guidelines and follow the correct manual handling. Provide quality of care.

Had an excellent care service from NDH Care. Since we move with NDH Care, we are having excellent support. Earlier having different care staff but since we inform them, maximum we seen the same care staff. Also they are taking care of my dad very well. Really excellent care staff we are having for my dad every day in the morning and evening. They are maintaining privacy and dignity as well as communicating with my dad very well.
