Since becoming a client of Alcedo Care, I have found the company and staff very efficient and professional. The care I am receiving is very good and not want to be anywhere else.

Mum has been with Alcedo for 3 years now, and we have seen a lot of carers and even management come and go. Last summer was chaos in terms of 'revolving doors' of personnel, and we had to make a formal complaint. That said, since Danyelle and her team took over, all has changed for the better. She
has brought more structure, balance and an empathetic approach. The culture has radically improved, which is evident in the carers' confidence levels and attitudes. All round training is also better, with greater diligence and respect. I know my mum feels safe and well cared for now.

Alcedo Chester have been caring for my dad recently. They very kindly stepped in and cared for my dad at home when we thought he would have to go into a care home. The care my dad received from Alcedo Chester was outstanding. The carers are amazing, so lovely. They chatted to him whilst doing his
care which is so nice for him and for mum to hear too. The best care he has ever had. They went above and beyond offering to do little jobs for Mum in the house to when they had a little extra time. We are eternally grateful for your kindness.

The staff have been amazing with me and my son, constant communication, very understanding. Professional and a full understanding of ASD and the behaviours that challenge. Management and office staff are all very understanding and very professional. All I can say is the whole team are fantastic, and
I feel relaxed and confident in the fact that my son is being well cared for each week. Thank you so much!

We finished our agreement with Alcedo Care at the end of January and hoped that would be the last dealings we would have. To my horror we realised that they took over £350 from my mother-in-law's account at the end of April. When asked how they were able to do this when there was no direct debit set
up or without contacting us first, they admitted to using card details they had written down when they took a deposit to take a payment for an invoice they thought was outstanding. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour again from Alcedo and surely in breach of General Data Protection Regulations.

Carers are always cheerful, helpful and professional in their work, treat my husband with dignity and respect. Always willing to advise if we have and problems (i.e. pressure sores or catheter issues).
Overall, they make a difficult way of life more bearable with their much-appreciated support.

The care my aunt is given is amazing, the carers are kind and compassionate. They are so patient and understanding, allowing my aunt to do things in her own time to keep her independence. They are reliable and I feel confident that my family is in safe hands. The office staff have great
communication and always listen and respond. Best thing we did was to go to Alcedo Care for my aunt.

Following a road traffic accident, I needed care three times a day on my return from hospital. The care I received was thoughtful, helpful and appropriate. The carers were professional, kind and friendly.

My mum unfortunately has dementia and I was very concerned about how to manage her condition. Fortunately, we have Alcedo Care who have been at our side for the last couple of years. I can only describe them as brilliant, they are a professional and understanding team who always treat Mum with
respect and dignity. As Mum's condition changes so does Alcedo Care. They are always there for Mum, nothing is ever too much trouble and they are approachable 24 hours a day. To Mum, they are like another family member. Alcedo makes dealing with Mum's needs so much easier. Thank you Alcedo Care team so much.

I think the care my mum has received has been excellent. All the carers have been patient and very caring towards my mum and myself. They all have a really friendly approach.

My overall experience has been one of caring and professional. The staff have excellent communication skills and I feel I have utmost care and attention. We have built a rapport over a small time. It's a grand time when they visit and I feel really content.
