I first had contact with Radfield when I came out of hospital in Octobner2025 after a 9 weeks stay. Iam unable to walk and rely on a wheelchair. The carers from Radfield are very patient with my needs and I have a visit from them three times a day. They are very caring in all they do in the
monings they help me bathe, wash my hair, dress me and generaly make me very comfortable. On my nighttime visit they make sue I am comfortabley dressed in my night clothes and put me in bed. All of my carers have a very good sence of humour and we all et on exctremely well.

RadfieldHomeCare have supported myself and my elderly mother who has Alzheimers disease
since April 2025.
After my initial phone enquiry and first meeting with the Care Manager, I felt so relieved!
I found the Care Manager to be very understanding and supportive, I was assured that my mothers care
needs would be met .
The Carers that visit my mother are all very professional, kind and caring towards my mother.
The Office staff are also very polite and helpful whenever I phone to update them on my mothers medication
etc.
My mothers care is revised regularly at a meeting with myself and my mother. I am also kept to date with any
issues or concerns that the Carers notice regarding my mothers welfare.
So I am extremely happy with the care and support that Radfield provide.

Although I've marked my review as November 2025, Radfield have been excellent right from my first contact with them in July when they came to discuss and assess needs. Their care and attention to detail has been excellent and the carers really do care. Mum's needs vary a little from day to day and
week to week but the carers are easily able to adapt and discuss with mum what she needs. I can't say it any clearer than they really do care.

From the start, my experience with dealing with all the staff has been very professional and the care has been amazing. The care package was put in place within 12 hours and then when we needed to change the timings, it was done straight away to accommodate my friends needs. The care from all of the
carers have been outstanding. They have all gone far and beyond what was expected from them.. the communication I've had on the app has been brilliant and also when I've called and talk to someone about my friends needs I couldn't have asked for anything better than the service that they have provided. It has helped my friend recovery. thank you for that.

Radfield have been helping with the care of my Dad for around 18 months and we have been very happy with the standard of care provided. Recently my dad had a fall and was discovered by his carer Debbie who was marvellous - she called the ambulance and myself and stayed with Dad until she knew he had
been given the once over by the medical team and that I was feeling confident enough to take over his care. Her calm professionalism kept both me and my Dad calm in what were very difficult circumstances. After Dads fall it was clear that he would need more care visits than before and Radfield really stepped up and organised two extra visits a day with very short notice.Once he was discharged from the hospital at home team Cindy performed miracles and organised yet another new rota with less than a weeks notice that met my Dads wishes for an early and late visit and also used his favourite carers. So reassuring to be dealing with such lovely people - thank you !

My mother was finding it increasingly difficult to care for my father who has Alzheimer's disease. We are so pleased we found Radfield Home Care. Since they began daily visits a couple of months ago she has started to feel more like her 'old self'. The company make every effort to offer continuity
of carers and send a schedule a week in advance so my parents know who to expect each morning. The carers are very friendly and have taken time to get to know my parents. We've made a couple of changes to the care plan and have always found the office staff very responsive, updates have been made swiftly and efficiently. Knowing a carer is visiting every morning gives me peace of mind and had relieved some of the pressure of being a carer for my mother.

My mother was struggling to care for my father, who has Parkinson's and was very resistant to getting help. However, we engaged Radfield's, initially for once a day and then extended this to twice a day and this supported them both. I appreciated getting the rota beforehand so that I could advise
them on who would be visiting and at what time. The Carers provided excellent care, with a couple of them being absolutely outstanding, especially one Carer who assisted my mother in contacting the paramedics when it was necessary for my father to go into hospital on two occasions. He has now been discharged into a nursing home because of his increased needs but we are grateful to the Carers who primarily looked after my father but ultimately supported them both!

Radfield Home Care have been visiting mother on a daily basis since she returned home after a period of respite in residential care, in June 2023.
They provided her with much practical help, but perhaps more importantly, they gave companionship throughout, which kept her spirits lively, whilst
living alone.
Over the months they reviewed her situation, and adapted their care plan to her changing needs; sometimes at very short notice.
Mother passed away recently, in her own home. Throughout the challenging final weeks the carers went above and beyond, supporting mum with compassion, respecting her dignity, and at the same time, discreetly supporting our family.

They are a very good company and the carers are very good at their jobs they are trained very well and very professional in what they do and they take my wife out shopping and to trust places and sometimes take her to hospital appointments.

We found Radfield Home Care after an internet search. We needed care for my mother-in-law as she was due to have her cataract done and we knew she would have needed regular care for a period of time. We were very satisfied with the length of the initial assessment meeting with the manager at my
mother-in-law's house. Very professionally conducted interview, ad hoc questions asked, special attention to the interest, needs, and character of the client, her desires, the things she would have liked or not, etc, all very relevant to the future interaction needed with the staff. All the staff and especially the one put in charge of my mother-in-law's needs and rotas, have been acting very professionally, caring, and often when needed gone beyond their duties to help her and make her feel at ease. Overall we are very pleased with the services provided and will continue to use them until needed and keep them as first choice for future situations should they arise. From the time that I first contacted Radfield Home Care I was listened to and the care needed was put in place very quickly. The manager was very thorough in finding out what was needed and very professional in her approach. Nothing was too much trouble and she found the most suitable of carers to
look after my friend. The care worker, who did most of the support during the period, was excellent. She bonded extremely well with my friend and kept her engaged and interested during her visits and had a lovely manner with my friend.

All of my mother’s carers have been very friendly, caring, and respectful. They help her to maintain her dignity as much as possible and they are responsive to changing tasks. Any calls to the office have been dealt with efficiently and in a friendly manner. They care that the service they provide
is doing the best for their clients. I have mostly dealt with the care manager, who has been wonderful. It is a great local service.

Extremely happy with the service provided by this company. I have found them to be friendly, professional, caring, flexible and wonderfully supportive. We use their standby service which enables us to take holidays knowing my mother is in good hands.

We have been very pleased with the care given to our mother, especially during the sudden transition from living independently to needing assistance. The staff have all been very kind and sensitive to her needs, and have helped make a difficult situation much easier to adjust to and accept for all
concerned. It was also reassuring to know that thought was given by management to the care providers assigned to Mum after taking the time to discuss her situation with the family.

Very pleased with the care you provide for my father. All the staff that deal with my fathers care are friendly and he feels comfortable in their presence. If I have to contact the office to add any daily tasks for my father they are actioned the next day.

I have been a client of Radfield Home Care Camberley, Farnborough & Fleet for two years now. Their carers always arrive with lovely smiles on their faces, and nothing is too much bother. Each carer brings their own style of joy to me. Being housebound, they share what is going on outside of my home.
They encourage and support me to meet any challenges I set myself. They always leave me happy and comfortable. They help me to be the best version of myself.

Mum has Alzheimer’s, but has been very well, able to cook, take her meds without prompting.
She suddenly because more anxious, stopped taking her medication and said she did not like her choice of food in the flat.
I contacted the Camberley team who were able to support Mum immediately.
From
their first visit, Mum enjoyed their company and chats whilst they supported her with meal preparation, medication and putting her hearing aids in (lack of hearing had made her feel more isolated).
The change in my mum was amazing - she was looking better eating regularly, was more hydrated and engaging with people daily. The team are very attentive to changes in support required. The app is amazing as not only can you see Mum’s carer's input but you can use it as a prompt in conversation.
As a GP, I value the role that carers have in supporting people in their own homes - they are often unsung heroes. Mum’s team are allowing her to live her best life in her own home.
