Only seen once by the carers so far but they were very helpful & efficient, dealt with my husband with great care.

Carers are very good. AAA management staff are very good. I am very happy with this care company.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to AAA Homecare for the outstanding care they provided for my mum. Unfortunately, she was diagnosed with MND & it rapidly took control of her body until she passed away comfortably at home 6 mth later. This cruel disease took most of my mum's independence, but AAA went above & beyond to help her as much as possible with leaving her dignity in tacked as she was a very proud lady. My mum's care package was increasingly changing, & AAA was always there to help. They arranged time for training sessions with the hospital for their team, on aspects of care that they had not dealt with before. I cannot express how much they made my mum's life better. She didn't have a lot to look forward to in her final months but they always put a smile on her face. She of course had her favourites, which I can't say, but they'll know who they are .They even contacted me several times after her passing & took time out of work to attend her funeral. Thank you AAA

The carers are very polite, do a very good job, chat to my wife, treat her with dignity, respect that my wife deserves. All round a good regular staff, clean, tidy. Work hard as well.

I think that the carers that come to me are brilliant. They do anything I ask of them. This company is very good and I would be happy to recommend them.

I would like to say thank you for the kind consideration & courtesy shown to me by your staff, during my illness, the two regular ladies were exceptional. It was a pleasure to see nice smiling faces. A real pick-me-up. Well done.

The carers from AAA are polite and have looked after my husband very well. Helping him to dress in the morning and undressing him at night also giving him a wash, changing his pad when it is dirty. They also encourage him to eat, even helping him to eat.

What a fantastic team. They treated my father with dignity, compassion and genuinely cared. Without this team, I would have struggled and I remained a daughter/carer but more a daughter. I will miss my father but also his lovely care team.

Since starting with AAA Healthcare I feel much better supported and they do a wonderful job very efficient and courteous also the service from the office is excellent. I could not do without this service. Thank you carers and AAA Healthcare Agency.

My mother has been receiving care from AAA Healthcare for roughly two and a half years. The care she receives from them is daily, they are always extremely helpful with all of her needs and at times have gone above and beyond their role which I have been extremely grateful for. They make sure she is always up and dressed or help her if she is not well plush make her something to eat and give her medication. I would not be able to manage without them.

I would like to give feedback on how AAA Healthcare, especially one of the staff who looked after our dad. This carer in particular was fantastic, and they way he cared for my dad was outstanding. He built a great rapport with him, and in return my dad trusted him and made a friend for life. Me and my brother always knew dad was in safe hands with the carer. That peace of mind was so important for us. We owe a huge debt of gratitude to him and AAA for everything they did for dad and our family. Even in dad's final days, the carer came to the house outside of his shift to visit dad. Thank you to our Dad's carer and the AAA team. We are forever grateful.

Care workers have great manners. They are really helpful. They done everything for me what I want. They are very good maintaining their timing. I like cleaning of my house how they are dong in my house.

Since joining AAA Healthcare, I have been extremely satisfied with the high standard of service I have received, both from the care providers and the AAA Healthcare management team. The care workers are always polite and ensure that every requirement is met with punctuality and attention to detail.

I would like to emphasise how grateful I am to AAA Healthcare the carers they have provided are to my dads needs and personality, the team go out the extra mile to provide outstanding care, my fathers mental health and wellbeing has improved, I have a peace of mind when I am not there with my father knowing he has brilliant carers looking after him, my father would not move to any other company, a big round of applause to AAA healthcare team and a big thank you from the out family.

Absolutely horrendous. I cannot stress enough that this company need to be avoided. This company took on our Dad's care via Social Services towards the end of 2023. Our vulnerable and elderly Father was left without food for almost 24 hours and we realised that vital medication wasn't being given leading to the deterioration of his health. We found that Dad was left unclean after having an accident almost daily. I could go on! Any issues raised were replied to by a member of staff who kept calling me 'Hun'! Of course, as soon as we realised what was happening we moved to a new care agency whose fabulous and caring service really does put this lot to shame. They should not be allowed anywhere near vulnerable people. They are absolutely despicable.

The team has a good understanding of the care needs and are always respectful to the client. The training is good showing dignity and respect, allowing choices to name a few of the skills they all show. The code of conduct is of a high standard, very polite to the client and family. Well done to all who do a difficult job; lots of praise to everyone. Many thanks.
