I would like to say a big thank you to all the Visiting Angels who have helped my 99 year old Mum stay in her own home for as long as possible. As her daughter, I have always felt supported in what can be challenging times. They have shown kindness and compassion and put my Mum's needs first at all
times.

We started to use Visiting Angels last April after dad broke his hip. Right from the start, when they came to assess him, we knew that Visiting Angels were the right carers for dad. They took time to get to know him and his likes and dislikes. As he lived with us we wanted people that we felt
comfortable with coming into our home and this was always the case. One of the things we liked was the flexibility they offered for shorter visits as he improved. His carer was always very willing to help or change timings if he wanted. I would highly recommend Visiting Angels and if dad hadn't had to go into a care home we would still be using them today. Thank you for all the help and care you gave him.

Having been my wife's sole carer for nearly 7 years, a stroke in April 2022 forced me to seek outside help. At first I have serious reservations but soon came to appreciate Visiting Angels- the carers have always treated my wife with dignity and patience despite her sometimes difficult behaviour,
and they have provided me with invaluable and varied social contact. And the management have always been approachable and helpful.

The Visiting Angels Central Surrey team helped my dad to stay in his own home for as long as possible. The carers were kind and compassionate and used their initiative to see what needed to be done.
They were also flexible when my dad needed an additional visit each day and responsive if I phoned
with a query.
I would definitely recommend Visiting Angels to families looking for care.

Visiting Angels cared for my mother for 12 months. They were supremely flexible with different care packages, trying to find the one that best suited my mother. The carers consistently demonstrated great skill and strategies in trying to support someone who turned out to be such a tricky and
resistant client as her dementia progressed. I would highly recommend them.

Visiting Angels cared for my elderly mum for almost a whole year. Their care and compassion for both Mum and me was second to none. They are an amazing bunch of people and I would recommend them to anybody.

Words cannot express my gratitude for one staff member in particular. He is truly one of the most remarkable souls I have ever encountered. True kindness, he has gone above and beyond for my father on countless occasions. Without Visiting Angeles, we would have been lost. Thank you!

I have been very impressed with Visiting Angels right from the beginning. We needed carers very suddenly, following my mother’s injury, and I was amazed how quickly we were able to establish a visiting care routine. All the carers I have met have been professional and compassionate and seem happy in
their job. It has been very easy to alter the care provision and react to changes in circumstances as my mother’s needs evolved. Overall, I am very happy that we picked Visiting Angels from the agencies listed.

I’ve never come across someone more caring and who goes above and beyond like the carer does from Visiting Angels. When my brother and I can’t get to my Dad quick enough he offers to go even if he’s not working. I feel so much more at ease knowing that he and his team are providing my dad with the

Following a live-in carer arranged by another company, I changed to Visiting Angels. Having new carers visit me has enabled me to stay in my own home where I want to be. The staff are handy and helpful and I love seeing their cheery faces. They make me laugh and appreciate anything they do for me.

Visiting Angels is exactly that!
I needed help after breaking my leg with keeping on top of daily housework and chores. I have two large dogs!
The service was put in place within a couple of days of our meeting and every day, without fail, the carers arrive. They check with me what I need doing
on the day and just get on with the job.
Each carer is very efficient, considerate and thoughtful and always asks if there is anything else I need or they can do for me.
My recovery will only be a few months but in the meantime, Visiting Angels has made my life so much easier and bearable. Highly recommend their service.

I needed help with washing and dressing in the mornings and evenings, following a shoulder operation. The carers were professional and friendly and arrived on time. The help given enabled me to help myself after about ten days.
