We started to use Visiting Angels last April after dad broke his hip. Right from the start, when they came to assess him, we knew that Visiting Angels were the right carers for dad. They took time to get to know him and his likes and dislikes. As he lived with us we wanted people that we felt comfortable
with coming into our home and this was always the case. One of the things we liked was the flexibility they offered for shorter visits as he improved. His carer was always very willing to help or change timings if he wanted. I would highly recommend Visiting Angels and if dad hadn't had to go into a care home we would still be using them today. Having been my wife's sole carer for nearly 7 years, a stroke in April 2022 forced me to seek outside help. At first I have serious reservations but soon came to appreciate Visiting Angels- the carers have always treated my wife with dignity and patience despite her sometimes difficult behaviour, and
they have provided me with invaluable and varied social contact. And the management have always been approachable and helpful.

The Visiting Angels Central Surrey team helped my dad to stay in his own home for as long as possible. The carers were kind and compassionate and used their initiative to see what needed to be done.
They were also flexible when my dad needed an additional visit each day and responsive if I phoned with
a query.

Visiting Angels cared for my mother for 12 months. They were supremely flexible with different care packages, trying to find the one that best suited my mother. The carers consistently demonstrated great skill and strategies in trying to support someone who turned out to be such a tricky and resistant

I have been very impressed with Visiting Angels right from the beginning. We needed carers very suddenly, following my mother’s injury, and I was amazed how quickly we were able to establish a visiting care routine. All the carers I have met have been professional and compassionate and seem happy in
their job. It has been very easy to alter the care provision and react to changes in circumstances as my mother’s needs evolved. Overall, I am very happy that we picked Visiting Angels from the agencies listed.

I’ve never come across someone more caring and who goes above and beyond like the carer does from Visiting Angels. When my brother and I can’t get to my Dad quick enough he offers to go even if he’s not working. I feel so much more at ease knowing that he and his team are providing my dad with the best

Following a live-in carer arranged by another company, I changed to Visiting Angels. Having new carers visit me has enabled me to stay in my own home where I want to be. Visiting Angels is exactly that!
I needed help after breaking my leg with keeping on top of daily housework and chores. I have two large dogs!
The service was put in place within a couple of days of our meeting and every day, without fail, the carers arrive. They check with me what I need doing on
the day and just get on with the job.
Each carer is very efficient, considerate and thoughtful and always asks if there is anything else I need or they can do for me.
My recovery will only be a few months but in the meantime, Visiting Angels has made my life so much easier and bearable. Highly recommend their service.

I needed help with washing and dressing in the mornings and evenings, following a shoulder operation. The carers were professional and friendly and arrived on time. The help given enabled me to help myself after about ten days.

I have worked within the care sector for a great many years, I started as a care worker and then progressed through to Senior Carer, Field Care Supervisor, Manager, Registered Manager and am now proud to be working with Visiting Angels, Central Surrey as General Manager.
Over the years I have seen a variety of standards of care which has made me determined to ensure that everyone gets the quality care and support they deserve, my role gives me the opportunity to expand our services and provide that premium quality care that customers have come to expect from our valued team of caregivers, we like to call them Angels.
We know that our Angels are brilliant, caring, professional people doing amazing work. Too often homecare workers are under-appreciated but at Visiting Angels we put carers at the centre of our business to make sure they can deliver a truly person-centred premium quality service to you or your loved ones.
One of my personal aspirations has always been to make a difference in people's lives, whenever and wherever I can, and I have been drawn by the genuine emphasis on premium quality care at Visiting Angels and believe in their ethos, values, and culture. I am proud to now be working with Visiting Angels, Central Surrey, and look forward to seeing the company continue to provide the excellent care for which it has already gained a name.

I have 10 years of experience in social care. Starting as a care worker I then progressed to senior care worker before becoming a care coordinator. I am very proud to become part of the team at Visiting Angels as a Registered Manager.


Being passionate about care and having seen over the years the pressure and stress that short visits, poor pay, and no travel time can put on both care workers and providers alike I was drawn to the carer centric values of Visiting Angels. With minimum hourly visits, travel time and constant support from management our Angels are able to provide person-centred care helping people to continue to live at home happily and independently with their friends and family. I am pleased to be a part of a team delivering the standard of care I would want my own family to receive.
