If you need carers, these are the people for you. I had 3 visits per day after a long period in hospital, a year later, I have one. I thoroughly recommend them.

I have been a client since December 2024, following a stroke in June 2024 and a six months stay in hosptial and rehab. The stroke has left my physically impaired, but thanks to Finchwood Care, I have been able to live in my own home with 4 care visits a day. I am able to enjoy a degree of independence thanks to the personal care I receive. I find the carers friendly and caring, and their regular visits add structure to my day.

MY husband has mixed dementia and many other health conditions. The regular carers are kind, patient and sympathetic and treat him with respect whilst carrying out his personal care. They take care to note any changes in his condition and report back quickly to me. I am very satisfied with the service.

I would like to say a big thank you to all the team who have helped my 99 year old Mum stay in her own home for as long as possible. As her daughter, I have always felt supported in what can be challenging times. They have shown kindness and compassion and put my Mum's needs first at all times.

We started to use this care provider last April after Dad broke his hip. Right from the start, when they came to assess him, we knew that they were the right carers for dad. They took time to get to know him and his likes and dislikes. As he lived with us we wanted people that we felt comfortable with coming into our home and this was always the case. One of the things we liked was the flexibility they offered for shorter visits as he improved. His carer was always very willing to help or change timings if he wanted. I would highly recommend them, and if dad hadn't had to go into a care home we would still be using them today. Thank you for all the help and care you gave him.

Having been my wife's sole carer for nearly 7 years, a stroke in April 2022 forced me to seek outside help. At first, I have serious reservations but soon came to appreciate them -- the carers have always treated my wife with dignity and patience despite her sometimes difficult behaviour, and they have provided me with invaluable and varied social contact. And the management have always been approachable and helpful.

The carers consistently demonstrated great skill and strategies in trying to support someone who turned out to be such a tricky and resistant client as her dementia progressed.
