I've had a very positive experience with Heritage Healthcare since my father started with their services at the end of January. A month in now and the care that the staff give is excellent. The staff are kind, professional and treat dad with respect. They make sure that he is comfortable and well
looked after taking the time to support him with his needs. It gives me peace of mind as well that I can reach out to management if I have concerns or questions with his health and they are so quick and responsive. I have no problem recommending Heritage Healthcare.

Heritage has been nothing but accommodating, all carers have been great and attentive to my needs. I really do genuinely look forward to the carers coming in so we can have a chat. The carers here genuinely care about how you are and your well being and that's really lovely. If you are looking for a
care provider i would 100% recommend Heritage.

I couldn't be happier with the choice we made. We've been using Heritage Healthcare for 1 month now, and the care for my dad has been absolutely excellent, from start to finish-management is responsive and supportive, and every single carer is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely
caring. I have complete confidence in the team and the way they look after him. 10/10 for every aspect. Thank you for being involved at such an important time in my dads life.

The care provided to my mother in law has been exceptional. The carers were friendly and caring and my mother in law was happy that she was able to stay in her own home with their assistance.
The managers were very efficient in dealing with any queries and very supportive.
The family were pleased
to know that Doris was in good hands.

Finding ourselves in a position where our Dad required a care package to leave hospital was a surprise. We were allocated Heritage and they have become a valuable and necessary asset.
With the exception of a couple of minor things, the care and support received so far has been good. The staff are
friendly and we genuinely feel care for Dad and his well being. They have quickly formed a good bond and seem to understand Dads needs. Whilst not actually there to care for Mum, it's reassuring to know they are keeping an eye on her too

In the nine months Heritage have been providing care for my father I have found them to be not only professional and empathetic towards him, but understanding and generous in their dealings with the wider family. Communications are always informative, timely and friendly, and I'm impressed at how

Windsor Heritage Health Care have been incredible in supporting my mother in their care for her. From the very beginning, it was very clear that they truly understand that this is a vocation and their dedication and kindness have been evident in every situation.
When Mum went into hospital, they
regularly checked in on her well-being and did a fantastic job of ensuring that the transition back home was as smooth as possible. This was challenging because the hospital kept changing its mind about the discharge date. They made a difficult situation so much easier.
The carers have been phenomenal in their support for Mum, and we appreciate all they have done. They help her physically but are also so good with her emotional welfare.
The care notes system really helps us to stay informed about what is going on.
A brilliant service and I would highly recommend them.

We couldn't ask for better or more caring carers for our mum who is bed bound due to a stroke. They have made life a lot easier for both mum and us and always take into consideration what mum needs or any worries we have. The management staff are very accommodating and are easy to get in touch with
if we have any concerns or need to change carer visits etc. The app is also great and keep us updated with each care visit. Would highly recommend Heritage to anyone.

Heritage Care have been nothing but supportive, professional and caring regarding the care provided for my mother. The situation presented is ongoing and has been exceptionally fiddly, yet Heritage Care have always been ready to help, discuss progress and ways forward and been flexible beyond the
norm to accommodate changing care needs. Their professional care reviews and updates are hugely helpful in a stressful situation and their care for the client is unmatched. The individuals of the care team and friendly, engaging, hard working and reliable. The management staff are supremely quick to respond at any time of the day and exceptionally professional. I cannot recommend their services more.

From the moment the manager walked into the house I knew my mum was in safe hands. Time was taken during the initial assessment to get to know Mum and to talk through options.
I was present for the first care visit, which went incredibly well. The carer was delightful, very kind and patient with
Mum, going at her pace in an unhurried way. The communication has been excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Heritage Homecare, we are so delighted to have found you!

My husband's care has been very good each morning, and he really looks forward to his little trips out with Rohit.
It's only been a week and all good so far. It has helped, and I know it will continue to help as I begin my chemotherapy in the next couple of weeks.

We have been using Heritage Healthcare for 5 months now and I would highly recommend them. All the carers are caring, conscientious and kind and my father looks forward to their visits. The management and office staff are extremely supportive, efficient and professional. Their communication is
excellent and they go over and above to assist with adhoc requests, a recent example being when antibiotics were prescribed and I could not collect from the pharmacy before they closed. When I informed Heritage of the situation, without hesitation they reassured me they would be able to help and co-ordinated the teatime carer to collect the medication from the pharmacy enroute, so they could add to the Medication Chart and administer without delay. Amazing service and support which we are so very thankful for.

I look forward to my visits , twice a week, as they always have a smile and start straightaway, with doing their job cleaning, and if I want, a good old chat putting the world to rights while making a sandwich for lunch and cup of TEA .

We have been using Heritage Healthcare now for 4 weeks for my terminally ill mum.
They have been amazing, very caring + lovely for my mum + us and always treat her with the utmost dignity at all times. Highly recommend them.

Staff, are always very communicative and caring when looking after my mum. They are always very friendly, and have got to know my mums needs personally, which really helps. They keep me up to date when items are needed or errands required,. eg Doctors Samples. When all the tasks are done the carers
will often tidy up and put the washing on/away. This is a lifesaver, as I cannot do everything.
Would recommend to anyone, - the team are wonderful, thank you.

Heritage Healthcare have given me my life back!
Having been a carer myself for many years I had seen how many flaws were in the system. Employing carers was never an option for me.
I know grandad's routine, likes and dislikes inside out. How could anyone else ever look after him as well as me or
care about him like I do? And then I met the team at Heritage Healthcare! I was nervous to say the least! Despite my apprehension, the reassurance and communication was second to none!
They truly have exceeded all my expectations, go above and beyond in every way, treat Grandad with dignity and respect, adapt around his ever changing needs and offer a professional, competent service. Not only do they care about him, they care about me too and do everything they can to make both our lives easier.
Thank you for giving me my life back, allowing me to rebuild my future and for quite literally feeling like the family support I so desperately needed after being a solo carer for 6 years!

Mum has some great carers. She doesn't cope well with change, and they try their best to have continuity. Mum needs encouragement to eat well and wash daily. The staff support her to do this. They try to explain to her why this is important for her ongoing health and well-being.
It's always an
ongoing and changeable situation and the staff try their best to support us and Mum.
It's difficult to accept your previously independent parent now needs a level of support. Windsor Care has helped us all navigate this.

After experiencing various care agencies, Heritage Healthcare Windsor was recommended to me by a friend. Feedback is essential on how helpful we found the staff and for the benefit of others. The manager was friendly, professional and brilliant. She was able to help out at short notice and saved us
from a difficult situation. She also looked to sort out other problems and tailor the care to meet our needs. I can't thank them enough.
The staff were very kind to my mother and they were keen to learn. The manager was able to identify training needs for staff to give care to my mother as her needs were very complex. The staff were kind and encouraging. They showed compassion which for me was so important in understanding the difficulties of people being dependent on others.
I can only say that there is a good recruitment process. As a carer, the staff were very supportive and listened to my weariness from caring too. Definitely recommend. Thank you all very much.

I cannot recommend this care agency enough, my mum absolutely loves them coming in to her, making her lunch and sitting and having a chat. It has helped raise her mood and it's nice that my sister and I know she's seen someone on the days we're at work.
