Carers are very friendly and helpful. They arrive on time and stay the allotted time, always in uniform and display their badge. The care is excellent, nothing is too much trouble. Would recommend Support Solutions.

Good standard of care. There were issues initially with rotas but on the whole now sorted, although still sometimes an issue with timing of the morning call, which can be a concern due to Dad's diabetes.

Very good, excellent service, always in touch and helps with problems understanding and informative. Understands health issues. They go above and beyond, especially pointing me in the right direction with other health service professionals.

My husband looked forward to the visits from the carers. He has his favourites, but they all cared for him, and sometimes they would chat about football, which he liked. I felt they were part of our extended family.

Everyone at Support Solutions is great. The staff are very caring and friendly and listen to all your requirements and needs. The people in charge listen to any new problems that occur and tailor the service accordingly. We certainly couldn’t manage to look after my mother without their help, and my
mother would be lost without them, she looks forward to their visits each day.

Support Solutions have been providing care for my Mum since she fell in December 2022. They provide support in the form of ensuring that Mum has her breakfast and evening meal, light domestic duties and support her with showering.
All of the staff members are friendly and approachable, while also
being professional. Mum looks forward to her twice-daily visits not only for the care provided but also for the company.
As I live an hour and an half’s drive away, and only get to see Mum on weekends, it is a great comfort to me to know that she is well looked after and happy.

Very efficient, dependable service with prompt regular attendance. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Excellent. Good attention to detail, very attentive to my mum's daily requirements, making her feel at ease through this difficult situation.

The staff are always courteous and very respectful of my needs and preferences. The visits are never rushed, and the staff always take time to enquire if there are any additional needs that have not been met. Overall, provided exceptional service.

I have had a really good experience with the staff, very reliable. Questions were answered - no problems. Management is top class. I could not wish for better help. I would advise all my friends and relatives to use Support Solutions. I repeat well mannered and helpful staff. Could not wish for a
bitter service. Thanks to all staff; well trained in all aspects. A pleasure to meet them.

Very reliable, have a good understanding of myself and my partner's needs, nothing seems to be too much trouble for themselves to help in any way they can.
