Good standard of care. There were issues initially with rotas but on the whole now sorted, although still sometimes an issue with timing of the morning call, which can be a concern due to Dad's diabetes.

Support Solutions have been providing care for my Mum since she fell in December 2022. They provide support in the form of ensuring that Mum has her breakfast and evening meal, light domestic duties and support her with showering. All of the staff members are friendly and approachable, while also being professional. Mum looks forward to her twice-daily visits not only for the care provided but also for the company.
As I live an hour and an half’s drive away, and only get to see Mum on weekends, it is a great comfort to me to know that she is well looked after and happy.
