Well trained careful gentle respectful carers . A core team is on rotation. Client is familiar and comfortable with them all They pay close attention to clients wishes and are flexible if arrangements need to changed . They are calm and resourceful in any emergency and will take initiative when
required eg keeping an eye on resources eg stock levels of pads , night bags , wipes tubes etc They have cared for my husband for over 3 years now and have not ever let us down. We have had very different and bad experiences with other agencies in Edinburgh so we have a measure to assess . The service Walfinch delivers is way ahead
