We contacted Smart Choice with reference to an emergency care at-home situation for my mother, and these guys were in place almost immediately. I have no idea how they managed to react so quickly. After some minor teething troubles, which was only to be expected with such short notice, they looked
after my mother with compassion and understanding and did their very best to comfort her as she approached her end of life. Sadly Mum has now gone, but we will always be in gratitude to this team of carers. A special mention must go to the manager, who turned out to be a real star.
This care team are very approachable and understanding. Guys, if you need assistance with care please talk to them; you will not be disappointed.

Smart Choice Healthcare delivers excellent care to my uncle. They provide care, help with meals and medication assistance. My uncle has had a lot of care agencies, but this is by far the best one. They ensure he eats and has his medication. They deliver exceptional communication and message us if
any concerns.
Highly recommend.

I have been using Smart Choice since the beginning of January 2022 to care for my 90-year-old mother with late-stage dementia. We were in desperate need of urgent support, and Smart Choice picked up and actioned the care package quickly and efficiently. The manager and the staff have been amazing.
They are extremely professional, and most importantly for me, they have shown great compassion and understanding in identifying my mother’s challenging care needs and delivering the most appropriate care services to meet them, with dignity, love and respect. We were reassured by the carers and felt we could trust them from day one. The carers are always prompt and communicate and discuss any issues as they arise. Smart Choice has gone above and beyond to be accommodating and flexible in offering additional support and services as I have needed them, which has been and continues to be invaluable.
