My husband who is the client of Homelium in Sherborne, likes his carers so much, his is actually waiting for their visits, which was not always the case with different providers. They are professional but kind and smiley despite the fact that they are dealing with some difficult life situations. So
we salute them. Thank you.

As the daughter of someone having care, its amazing to see how well my father gets along with those caring for him. They treat him professionally when needed but also treat him like a friend the rest of the time. I love chatting to them and getting to know them, ss they care for my father. Its
enjoyable to see.

The Homelium Sherborne team have been wonderful. They arrive on time, are cheerful and personable, and are respectful towards my mother. She enjoys their visits very much, saying how kind they all are. The carers leave the house clean and tidy. Communication is good. Would recommend.

It has been a great service through out. All the carers are really friendly. They have been amazing with my father and always been very professional with his needs as well as keeping him good company. This was our first experience having carers come into our family home and they couldn't have made
it any easier.

A very good team sourced by a good Officer who appoints very suitable staff. I had one not so good experience which was dealt with efficiently. The Sherborne team are very good do struggle slightly from having to support other areas of Dorset.
I am more than happy with the variety and efficiency of
a young enthusiastic unit. Having not heard of Homelium before I would happily recommend my local team.

Since my Mother and I made the difficult, but preferred decision for her to go to her own home rather than a care home, this left the responsibility to the care provider.
I must say that all the carers that visit her have made her living at home possible, enjoyable and above all puts both minds at
ease.

Homelium has genuinely transformed my life. It's given me a level of freedom, independence, and dignity that I never thought possible. From the very beginning, everything was handled with care, respect, and professionalism. I feel listened to, supported, and empowered. It's not just about practical
help-it's about feeling human again, being able to make choices, and having space to breathe. I can now enjoy everyday life more fully, and that's priceless. I'm incredibly grateful for the difference this has made

Absolutely no complaints.
All staff are amazing and do their job to a very high standard.
It's all about care and that's exactly what these folks do .
Nothing seems to be to much trouble so all in all an excellent service.

The Carers have been coming now for about three weeks and i am more than surprised at the service given, never having had any reason to use a similar service previously. The Carers, without exception, are very pleasant, prompt, kind and seem very efficient and understanding, but perhaps more
importantly they are already begining to seem like friends to my wife and I (and the dog, who always rushes to the door to greet them for some extra attention). We only use the service to assist with getting up, washing/showering and dressing at the moment, which gives me a little time to sort out breakfast, feed the dog and generally prepare for the day.
I would recommend Homelium to anyone who needs some extra help.

First week with Homelium has been excellent.
The only thing I would change are the early visits. 8.30am and 5.45pm would be ideal for me. I like the fact that a little light cooking is available with the staff and help with personal care is offered. Being a former Care Assistant myself for 25
years is important.

Very pleased overall with the quality of care my husband receives. Carers are kind and compassionate and generally knowledgeable especially as my husbands needs are very complex. They are punctual, in uniform with identity badges. He enjoys their company and is happy.

My brother has been a client for nearly 4 years and we are very happy with the excellent care they provide. He enjoys the company of the carers and I have peace of mind knowing he is being well cared for. Problems pop up with my brother from time to time and I feel safe in the knowledge that one
phone call to the carer and it's sorted. Nothing is too much trouble, they truly are a godsend.

Very caring, considerate and professional and aware of client's needs. They keep in touch with the client's family and they make sure the client has all the necessary items that they need. Makes sure the client is comfortable. The client really enjoys seeing members of the care team. They are so
kind and helpful. Would highly and thoroughly recommend it.

My brother is on end-of-life heart failure and they came to the hospital to arrange when they're coming out. The communication is great and the cares are so lovely. I'd highly recommend this company. They care not just about my brother, they care about me and even if I don't need help sometimes just
having a chat helps.

I have been with this care company since January and this is my first experience of care in the home and the care has been consistently of a very high standard, adapting to my changing needs over this period of time. All carers have taken responsibility for the various required health related
equipment that is used on a daily basis. In the last few weeks I have been suffering from a cold which has required extensive full use of the cough assist which most carers have happily adapted to. All carers are friendly and accommodating and have fitted into our daily family routines with the minimum amount of intrusion.

I do not have many dealings with the provider's office so generally speak to senior carers of needs. Most concerns are the availability of carers at times, of which I believe can affect care providers in general these days. Unfortunately, under today's climate, not all carers are suitable to caring
and do not last long.
