I find the care provided so far, satisfactory, much better now than it was. The carers are very good- before now, I had too many carers and I would love to tell them what I wanted but I have the same carers now. They are usually on time, they have the office to inform me when they are running late and it is usually for an important reason like traffic or waiting for an ambulance. They keep my place clean.

Very good service and care for my mother. The careers have been great from first day and we have no complain as they have been excellent with how they treat my mother Always on time and respectful, it has made it easier for my mother especially her getting comfortable with new faces helping her around

I have good carers the ones I get regularly. But when it not them I find that care is not as good ie putting wet nighty on door to dry. Don't ask what they need to do can't wait to leave. But my normal carers are polite and caring will ask me when if I need anything and always helpful. The office doesn't always send rota on who coming and sometimes they ring you but you ask them to ring back but they don't.

Mum has been having Priory Care Services Since August last year as she has vascular dementia. All the Carers that look.after her are kind, considerate and patient even when mum is having a difficult time. You can always call them if you have any concerns and they will always support and help you. I am very glad that they will be looking after mum from now on. It is very reassuring Thank you all

I can't speak highly enough of the care and compassion shown by the team at priory care Kingston. From the very beginning, they made our family feel supported and at ease. The caregivers were not only professional and reliable, but truly kind-hearted people who treated our loved one with dignity and respect. My dad's main carer who is really good with him min and they have a good bond. On days when his main carer is not working g we do not have a regular person attending so this makes things a little more difficult for my dad who likes routine. Sometimes we had not had a carer at the regular time and we have had to call the office to chase which I do not find an easy experience. Last time I called the person I spoke to was actually with a client which I think is shocking. I do struggle with the lack of communication with the office and they never let you know if a carer is running late. I can not fault the actually carer himself just the office.

I have had this service of carers over nearly two years now very professional, reliable, .fantastic, kind and loving, they give in all to the job ,I sincerely appreciate all they do I would recommend them 100 percent Thumbs up

At the beginning it was bit of a hassle and I was not aware of much about the service and I have to call them everything but now I understand the service very well. Most of their staff are supportive and good they respect me and they come in time and do a great job.

I've been with Piory Care for three years, and I honestly couldn't live independently without the support they provide. As a young disabled person, I need carers who strike the right balance between offering support and respecting my independence and that's exactly what Piory Care delivers. I have three consistent carers who are all incredible, professional, and always so helpful. Each of them goes above and beyond, whether it's offering gentle encouragement or simply being there for a chat. Two staff members in the office also deserve a special mention. They've both remained consistent and supportive, even as their roles have changed over the years. I always recommend Piory Care because I truly believe they're one of the best providers in Kingston. I've had experience with other agencies, and the standard simply doesn't compare.

We like the stability of staff enabling continuity and reliable care. Staff are both friendly and professional, enabling them to build sound working relationships with the clients. Communicating clearly at all times and sharing at least a smile or two each visit which is certainly appreciated.

I have been in the hands of my carers at Priory the last two years. I am unable to stand and require assistance when moving from my bed to my chair and anywhere else in between. My friendly carers invariably arrive at a time that suits me and always with a smile and greeting. Nothing is ever too much for them, no matter how bizarre the request may be.

The entire Priory team was fantastic, always supportive and accommodating. My mother was in very comfortable and caring hands where she always felt comfortable and even excited to see the team. Highly recommend and hope only the nest for the entire team! Thank you always!

They are always on time, and are extremely friendly with the patient and with me I love having conversations with the staff, they always make my day, even my children love having little conversations and they fulfill the patients need and do it in a very well mannered way.

Our main carer is very good and fully understands my father's needs. On his day off we have different staff and they often overlook the obvious things that are necessary and must at all times be completed. At times they are slap dash and no attention to detail.

Having had experience with another Agency first, to take care of my dad.. who abused hus trust .. stole medication and who are infact still working. We had lost all faith in the system.. Until that is..we were assigned The Priory Care Services.. All staff a caring and kind, they don't treat my dad like a 12 year old.. they listen, are patient. My dad can be challenging at times. . This is never an issue for them. His day is always brightened by their presence.. I don't live in this country so sometimes I feel helpless.. but when I do.. I can just reach out and ask. Amd thry arenin regular contact with me also. . Amazing team. . We are lucky to have them.

Care is provided for myself. I am bed-bound and the carers are gentle when moving me and ensure that I am always made to feel comfortable. They are always happy to move me to my chair having never hurt me or put me in any extra pain. I haven't had a bad experience with any of my careers. They arrive on time with a smile on their face, which then puts a smile on my face too.

I have been in the hands of my carers at Priory the last two years. I am unable to stand and require assistance when moving from my bed to my chair and anywhere else in between. My friendly carers invariably arrive at a time that suits me and always with a smile and greeting. Nothing is ever too much for them, no matter how bizarre the request may be.

They are always on time, and are extremely friendly with the patient and with me I love having conversations with the staff, they always make my day, even my children love having little conversations and they fulfill the patients need and do it in a very well mannered way.
