Our regular carers have been kind, supportive and helpful. They have built a good rapport with both our children supported by the agency. We trust them with the personal assistance they provide and an invaluable part of our family support. Caremark have always been responsive to our requests for
any changes and appreciate the selected carers for being a good match for the needs of our children.

We are very satisfied by the care service provided by the carer. He is very attentive, responds to the needs of our son and responds appropriately. He is always punctual and well-dressed. His communication with our son is excellent and he's therefore developed a very good relationship with him built
on trust. No issues identified with the carer.

Overall have good experience no issue at all. The staff are kind, caring and punctual. The office respond to calls whenever I get in touch and trying provide carer even in short notice. My son enjoys going out with his carer.

Carers are doing good, kind and helpful. Takes my son for community and he enjoys going out. Overall, everything is fine.

We have had the same carer for the last four months and she is just wonderful. She understood our son from the moment they met and they have a lovely relationship. Our carer has become part of the family. When our carer went on holiday, Caremark were very proactive in finding us a replacement.

I am really delighted with the excellent care that my son received from Caremark Hounslow. Care team were reliable, kind, very caring and office staff were always happy to listen to any concerns and offer help. Office advises us if carers are delayed for any reason. I would have no hesitation in
recommending this company to anyone needing first-rate care in their own home.

Had a very satisfying service for my brother from Caremark (Hounslow) branch. Had permanent carers who were empathetic and kind. The supervisor visited regularly to make sure we were getting the correct service. I would like to thank the whole team for making sure that my brother received good care.

As a family, we could not have picked a better care provider for our son. The carer caring for our son was excellent and always treated him with so much love, dignity and compassion. Everyone I dealt with in the office etc. was great. I would highly recommend this service.

We are all incredibly grateful to the Caremark team. Dad loves you all. Also, thank you to the office team who are always so kind and helpful when I call. Has made a huge difference to his life and he feels he wouldn’t be alive if carers didn’t visit.

Started care service for my wife through Caremark (Hounslow) last year after having not too good experience through another care provider and so far care provided has been very good. All carers are very professional and pleasant.

Used Caremark Hounslow services for my son, who is autistic to take him to day and activities centres. Carers are extremely kind and are capable to handle all situations, communication with us has been great. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a local-based, good care provider.
