The manager is very friendly and chatty and delivers exemplary care to my dad. Probably more importantly, she is a great companion to him on days when he doesn't have any visitors. She goes above and beyond by occasionally sharing a meal with my dad. Totally reliable and a pleasure to have around.

My son has been provided with companionship support. Since then he has shown independence and is slowly getting a bit more confident within himself. He looks forward to visits from his carer and enjoys his outings every week.
