I have been treated with care and dignity, had all the assistance I could have been given. My carer was quick to notice a sudden decline in my well-being and summoned assistance immediately, resulting in me requiring an ambulance. I was duly admitted into hospital for thirteen days. She was on the
ball. Now, I am back home and feeling happy and settled.

After my accident, I had to get care for six weeks. I have been impressed by all the attention I got. Staff were all cheery and encouraging, helping when I needed but always ready to let me do things on my own. Always answering my red button promptly, very seldom I had to wait unless an emergency
and I understood there were others needing help.
