I have been treated with care and dignity, had all the assistance I could have been given. My carer was quick to notice a sudden decline in my well-being and summoned assistance immediately, resulting in me requiring an ambulance. I was duly admitted into hospital for thirteen days. She was on the ball.
Now, I am back home and feeling happy and settled.

After my accident, I had to get care for six weeks. I have been impressed by all the attention I got. Staff were all cheery and encouraging, helping when I needed but always ready to let me do things on my own. Always answering my red button promptly, very seldom I had to wait unless an emergency and
I understood there were others needing help.

Jane joined Agincare as a Registered Manager in 2023 and has worked in care for over 35 years, covering the elderly, EC schemes, LD, children and mental health.


She started her career as a support worker and developed her progression over time and has been in management roles for the past 15 years. Working in the care sector for over 35 years has meant Jane has gathered a number of qualifications, including NVQ Level 4 in Leadership and Care Management. Jane is also qualified as an Internal IIP Assessor and has gained many certificates in various aspects of care.


Outside of work Jane enjoys looking after her four springer spaniels as well as cooking, literature and pottery.
