It's been really great for me to take a break from my caring responsibilities overnight and know that Mum is in safe hands. Mum needs support with medication, breakfast and showering. The staff member looking after Mum also washes up and hoovers the place which is super helpful. Mum is becoming
confused and forgetful, it's nice to know she is being looked after thoughtfully and professionally by the Cornerstone team. It's easy to get hold of the Manager when I need to discuss changes to Mum's care needs. It is always passed onto the caring staff straight away without needing to follow up. I highly recommend Cornerstone Healthcare Services.

The care was very easy to set up all the carers have been very helpful, kind and reliable. Manager is always at the other end of the phone and responds quickly to any queries. Communication is excellent.

My dad was very reluctant to acknowledge that he needed some help but your diligence, professionalism and personality have completely won him over. I have seen a significant improvement in his physical and mental well-being and I could not be more delighted.

The manager's service is excellent. She is very professional. Her personality is alive with a smile and would cheer a person up. Very easy to talk to and interesting to listen to. The manager would fit into any home and do the job needed in that home to a very high standard. You would be lucky to
have her as your carer.
