I have employed many staff in my time, but have never been as impressed and satisfied with the attitude, willingness and desire to please as those supplied by Kare Plus. The willingness to please, satisfy and give their best was exceptional. I consider myself extremely lucky and well satisfied to
find such a dedicated, efficient and very reasonably priced care company, their motto must surely be 'only the best'.

Very pleased with the care of my mum, who is 99 years old. Nothing is too much trouble; they do more in the two hours in the way of exercise and a bit of massaging than the care home ever did in the six weeks she was in there.

Kare Plus continue to provide excellent support and companionship to a family member. Always on time, always considerate of the issues at hand and supportive of the wider family. Staff are well managed, with an exceptional focus on 'caring culture' right through the business.

At my initial meeting with the registered care manager from Kare Plus Hertfordshire, I was able, through her detailed questioning to establish my care needs with total clarity. Thus enabling the care manager to provide me with a carer who was completely competent in all areas of my required care.
The carer has proven to be totally trustworthy, punctual and competent and is my little ray of sunshine. Thank you for the great service you have provided and will continue to provide. The care service I receive has enhanced my daily life and I am now able to access the community.

I have a carer assigned to me from Kare Plus. I always feel superb after his visits. I feel very uplifted after time. He seems to know what I want even before I air it out. He helps me think through my worries and he’s handy, he was very helpful with my art exhibition. He’s a good companion, he
encourages me to speak about how I feel. He’s very punctual and caring and he's always willing to engage me in activities (walking, having a brunch). Kare Plus are very nice people in general and professional. It feels like they are family giving me a big hug.

Extremely happy with the service received by Kare Plus; myself and my family cannot thank the carers enough for all their support with my mum.

Kare Plus have been helping provide care for my mother in law since April, she has been very happy with the carers and it has made a huge difference to her confidence and general mood. As a family we can say it has benefited us all and I can personally say the office team at Kare Plus are very
responsive and genuinely caring. They really have listened to what we have wanted and are very approachable and willing to adapt. I would surely recommend Kare Plus Hertfordshire.
