The carers at Global Support & Care have provided exceptional long term care for our mother. They have established a high level of trust with mum, treating her with respect even as she has become more challenging due to her vascular dementia. They have made mum feel safe, responded to her changing needs and been thoughtful & professional in all the care work they carry out. The consistency of the care has been established through the same carers attending to mum in the calls 3 times a day & some overnight stays. This has allowed Mum to feel more comfortable and open to accepting the support & care she needs to keep her safe & enable her to stay in her own home for longer. As a family we are eternally grateful for what the team have provided over the last few years. We wholeheartedly recommend Global Support & Care to any family who needs a professional, trustworthy & highly competent care service for a loved one.

Throughout Mum's care by the staff at Global Support and Care, the standard of care has been excellent. The staff very professional and caring and they have on occasion gone beyond their allocated times to make sure she was safe and cared for well. I would not hesitate to recommend this great team at Global for anyone looking for family care needs. Thank you again.

I highly recommend this team of carers who have supported my mum for over a year now. Consistently polite and friendly, with high standards of practice. Mum is treated like a family member; they go over and above in their duties. Their timekeeping is impeccable. Highly communicative and stringent record-keepers. We could not do without them.

My 84-year-old mother has been under the care of Global for a while now, I live a long way from my mother and I am so glad she is in the care of the wonderful ladies who see her every day. My mother can be quite difficult as she has dementia but they are so patient and caring. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Look no further this team are, in the words of Tina Turner, simply the best! You get a team who really cares about the well-being of their clients. They have been coming to my mum who is 90 and she loves them. They all have a laugh together. She has the same girls each day at a time which suits her, they are always on time and never in a rush. They are compassionate and caring. Don't hesitate and give them a call.

Over the past two years, my mum had been placed with 2 different care agencies which has been very disappointing. I was so fortunate to find this company, without a shadow of a doubt the most compassionate of them all, they genuinely go above and beyond to ensure that my mum is not only cared for but also treated like a human being you are fantastic, thank you! The happiest I have seen her for a long time.
