The carers at Global Support & Care have provided exceptional long term care for our mother. They have established a high level of trust with mum, treating her with respect even as she has become more challenging due to her vascular dementia. They have made mum feel safe, responded to her changing needs and been thoughtful & professional in all the care work they carry out. The consistency of the care has been established through the same carers attending to mum in the calls 3 times a day & some overnight stays. This has allowed Mum to feel more comfortable and open to accepting the support & care she needs to keep her safe & enable her to stay in her own home for longer. As a family we are eternally grateful for what the team have provided over the last few years. We wholeheartedly recommend Global Support & Care to any family who needs a professional, trustworthy & highly competent care service for a loved one.

Throughout Mum's care by the staff at Global Support and Care, the standard of care has been excellent. The staff very professional and caring and they have on occasion gone beyond their allocated times to make sure she was safe and cared for well. Look no further this team are, in the words of Tina Turner, simply the best! You get a team who really cares about the well-being of their clients. They have been coming to my mum who is 90 and she loves them. They all have a laugh together. She has the same girls each day at a time which suits her, they are always on time and never in a rush. Over the past two years, my mum had been placed with 2 different care agencies which has been very disappointing.
